3 brand representation
The steel grade is represented by the initial value "Q" of the Chinese character Pinyin, which is the yield strength, and the specified minimum yield strength value and representative use.
The "corrugated" Chinese pinyin initials "BW" consists of three parts.
Example. Q235BW
among them.
Q --- the first letter of the Chinese character of the yield strength of the steel;
235---the specified minimum yield strength value in MPa (MPa);
BW--- represents the first letter of the "ripple" Chinese pinyin for the purpose of use.
4 Ordering content
4.1 Contracts and orders ordered in accordance with this standard shall include the following.
a) standard number;
b) product name;
c) the brand number;
d) size and unevenness accuracy;
e) weight;
f) the diameter of the roll;
g) packaging method;
h) edge state;
i) Other special requirements.
4.2 If the order contract does not specify the edge state, thickness accuracy, packaging method, etc., it will be provided according to the non-cut edge, normal thickness accuracy and the supplier.
The packaging method is available.
5 size, shape, weight
5.1 The dimensions, shape, weight and tolerance of the steel strip shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 709, where the deviation under the thickness is 0 and the tolerance zone is unchanged.
5.2 According to the requirements of the purchaser and specified in the contract, other dimensional precision steel strips may also be supplied.
6 Technical requirements
6.1 Grades and chemical composition
6.1.1 The grade and chemical composition of the steel (melting analysis) shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
6.1.2 The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the finished steel strip shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 222.
6.1.3 According to the requirements of the purchaser, the steel strips of other grades and chemical compositions may be supplied upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the contract.
