system integration matching
According to the coal seam occurrence conditions and mine design
requirements, carry out the coordination design of the matching relationship of
fully-mechanized mining face’s fully-mechanized mining equipment, liquid
supply system, automatic control system, dust reduction system, power supply
system, etc.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration matching mainly
consists of the selection of system related equipment such as coal mining,
transportation, support, liquid supply, power supply and dust prevention of the
working face AND the coordination design of matching relationship. At the same
time, it shall meet the requirements of systems such as drainage, ventilation,
fire prevention, monitoring of the working face. Fully-mechanized mining face
mainly refers to the working face of fully-mechanized mining of thin seam, fully-
mechanized mining in medium-thickness coal seam, fully-mechanized mining
with large cutting height, fully-mechanized mining with super large mining
height, fully-mechanized top coal caving, fully-mechanized mining with large
cutting height and top coal caving, fully-mechanized mining with super large
cutting height and top coal caving, fully-mechanized mining with large dip angle
and fully-mechanized top coal caving with large dip angle.
4.1.2 The basic contents of fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration
matching are shown in Figure 1.
- Belt conveyor;
- Liquid supply equipment;
- Power supply equipment;
- Dust prevention equipment;
- Ventilation equipment;
- Drainage equipment;
- Monitoring equipment;
- Other auxiliary equipment;
- Equipment capacity accounting;
- Integration matching verification.

mechanized mining face’s system integration matching
4.1.3 The results of fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration matching
mainly consist of the equipment selection basis, process, results of fully-
mechanized mining equipment, liquid supply system, power supply system,
dust prevention system, etc. of the working face and matching relationship
design drawings.
4.2 Basic requirements
4.2.1 The design of fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration matching
shall be based on coal seam occurrence conditions, mining method selection,
working face length, machine mining height, roadway section size, mine
construction target, etc., and shall meet the relevant provisions of GB 50536.
4.2.2 The design of fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration matching
shall be based on the basic principles of intrinsic safety, technical feasibility,
economic rationality, equipment reliability and equipment technology forward-
looking.
4.2.3 The design of fully-mechanized mining face’s system integration matching
shall be matched with the design of overall system of the mine.
4.2.4 Fully-mechanized mining face shall be subjected to the system integration
matching design before putting into production.
4.3 Equipment selection and system integration matching requirements
4.3.1 The technical parameters of fully-mechanized equipment and the
matching auxiliary equipment such as liquid supply, power supply, drainage,
ventilation, dust prevention, fire prevention and monitoring shall be adapted to
the working face’s coal seam occurrence conditions, shall meet the
requirements of the working face’s mining height, length, inclination, mine
4.3.5 The working face equipment of fully-mechanized mining with large dip
angle and fully-mechanized top coal caving with large dip angle shall be
adapted to the requirements of large dip angle working face on equipment
installation power, stability and safety protection. It shall have reliable anti-fall,
anti-skid and anti-flying devices and measures.
4.3.6 It shall select open equipment such as communication interfaces and
protocols, ensuring communication and coordinated control between
equipment.
4.3.7 The design of working face’s system integration matching requires
specialized design, and the design documents shall be signed and confirmed.
5 Matching verification
5.1 The equipment of first matching shall be subjected to the joint test operation
of complete set of equipment on the ground before going down the mine, to
ensure the smooth installation and application of the working face.
5.2 The laying length of the equipment to be subjected to the ground joint test
operation shall be not less than 30 m. The laying equipment shall include
hydraulic support, shearer, scraper conveyor and other main matching
equipment (such as central, transition, face end, advance hydraulic supports,
part of the line pans and all the routing pans at the drive head unit and drive
end unit of scraper conveyor, etc.), to verify whether the complete set of
equipment meets the overall layout requirements of the working face equipment.
5.3 Verify all the functions that the stand-alone equipment shall have, and check
the equipment for problems during the assembly process and during the no-
load operation. Stand-alone equipment can be subjected to the joint test
operation of complete set of equipment after passing the i...
