conventional analyzed elements and unconventional analyzed elements (which are
doubted to exceed the limit value) as the “sum of element content”.
4.1.3 The determination of analytical value shall adopt rounding-off comparison
method. The rules of numerical value rounding-off shall comply with relevant
stipulations in GB/T 8170. The rounding-off digit shall be consistent with the digit of
limit value that is stipulated in Table 4 in this Standard, or GB/T 3190.
4.2 Dimensional Deviation

measure diameter.
4.2.2 Use a ruler or tape measure to measure length.
4.3 Room-temperature Tensile Mechanical Properties
Room-temperature tensile mechanical properties shall comply with the method
stipulated in GB/T 4909.3.
4.4 Electrical Resistance
Electrical resistance shall comply with the method stipulated in GB/T 3048.4.
4.5 Bending Performance
Bending performance shall comply with the method stipulated in GB/T 238.
4.6 Appearance Quality
Under natural scattered light, conduct visual inspection to examine appearance quality.
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Inspection and Acceptance Inspection
5.1.1 Products shall be inspected by the supply-side, which shall guarantee that
product quality complies with the stipulations of this Standard and the order form (or
contract). In addition, a quality certificate shall be filled out.
5.1.2 The demand-side shall inspect the received products in accordance with the
stipulations in this Standard. When the inspection result is inconsistent with what is
stipulated in this Standard or the order form (or contract), this shall be proposed to the
supply-side in the written form and solved by the demand-side and the supply-side
through negotiation. Objections regarding appearance quality or dimensional deviation
shall be proposed within 1 month upon receiving the products. Objections regarding
between the demand-side and the supply-side, this batch of products may receive coil-
by-coil inspection by the supply-side, and qualified products may be delivered.
5.6.3 When any sample is disqualified in mechanical properties, take a double size of
samples from that batch of products for re-inspection. When the result of the re-
inspection is qualified, that batch of products shall be determined as qualified. If there
are still samples that are disqualified in the re-inspection result, then, that batch of
products shall be determined as disqualified.
5.6.4 When any sample is disqualified in electrical resistance, take a double size of
samples from that batch of products for re-inspection. When the result of the re-
inspection is completely qualified, that batch of products shall be determined as
qualified. If there are still samples that are disqualified in the re-inspection result, then,
that batch of products shall be determined as disqualified.
5.6.5 When any sample is disqualified in bending performance, take a double size of
samples from that batch of products for re-inspection. When the result of the re-
inspection is completely disqualified, that batch of products shall be determined as
qualified. If there are still samples that are disqualified in the re-inspection result, then,
that batch of products shall be determined as disqualified.
5.6.6 When any product is disqualified in appearance quality, then, that coil shall be
determined as disqualified.
6 Marking, Packaging, Transportation, Storage and
Quality Certificate
6.1 Marking
Each coil of wire that passes the inspection shall be attached with a label, which
indicates:
a) The supply-side’s name;
b) Product name and designation;
c) Specification;
d) Exit-factory batch No.;
e) Exit-factory date;
f) Serial No. of this Standard.
