Scope

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code,
ordering content, dimensions, weight as well as allowable deviation, technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality
certificate of vibration damping clad steel sheet.
This Standard is applicable to the steel sheet with vibration damping of which
the thickness is 0.60mm~3.00mm used in the fields of automotive, home
appliance, construction, machinery, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “vibration
damping sheet”). The vibration damping clad steel sheet supplied with steel coil
can also be implemented with reference to this Standard.
