3 Terms and Definitions
There are no terms and definitions that need to be defined in this document.
4 models
4.1 Model division
The electrode types are classified according to the chemical composition of the deposited metal. See Appendix C for comparison of electrode types in this document and other relevant standards. welding rod
See Appendix D for relevant physical properties and application examples.
4.2 Model preparation method
The electrode model consists of two parts.
a) Part 1.Use the letter "E" to represent the electrode;
b) Part II. Use "Cu" plus 4 digits or a combination of 4 digits and letters to indicate the number of chemical composition classification of copper-based deposited metal
Character code, see 5.3.
In addition to the mandatory codes above, optional codes can be appended with parentheses after the second part.
The chemical composition code, expressed by "Cu" plus the chemical symbol and nominal content of the main added elements, see 5.3.
Examples of electrode types in this document are as follows.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Dimensions
The size of the electrode should meet the requirements of GB/T 25775.
5.2 Drug skin
5.2.1 The coating of the electrode should be evenly and tightly wrapped around the welding core, and there should be no cracks, bubbles and impurities on the coating that affect the welding quality.
and falling off defects.
5.2.2 The coating of the arc ignition end of the electrode should be chamfered, and the end face of the welding core should be exposed. The exposed core of the electrode along the circumference should not be greater than 1/2 of the circumference. electrode length
The length of the exposed core in the direction should not be greater than 3mm.
5.2.3 The eccentricity of the electrode shall meet the requirements in Table 1.See formula (1) and Figure 1 for the calculation method of eccentricity.
5.3 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the deposited metal shall meet the requirements in Table 2.
6 Test methods
6.1 Preparation of chemical samples
The samples for chemical composition analysis of deposited metal shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25777.
6.2 Chemical composition analysis
Any suitable analytical method can be used for chemical composition analysis. The arbitration test shall be carried out according to the analysis method confirmed by both parties.
7 Retest
When any one of the inspections fails, the inspection should be doubled. For chemical analysis, retest only those elements that do not meet the requirements. its test
The sample can be taken from the original specimen, or it can be taken from the newly prepared specimen. The results of the double re-inspection shall meet the requirements of the inspection.
During the test or after the test is completed, if it can be confirmed that the test is not carried out in accordance with the regulations, the test is invalid and needs to be repeated according to the regulations.
OK. In this case, double retest is not required.
8 Technical conditions of supply
The technical conditions of supply are in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25775 and GB/T 25778.
