In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
The scope of application of the document was changed to include “new construction, reconstruction and expansion of power grids connected to the grid at voltage levels of 10 (6) kV and above”.
The requirement of "electrochemical energy storage power station with rated power of 100 kW or more and energy storage time of not less than 15 min" was deleted.

1 Scope
This document describes the power control, charging and discharging time, rated current, and other aspects of an electrochemical energy storage power station (hereinafter referred to as an "energy storage power station") connected to the power grid.

This document applies to the regulation of newly built, rebuilt and expanded electrochemical energy storage power stations connected to the power grid at a voltage level of 10 (6) kV and above.
Testing, grid-connected testing, operation and maintenance can be carried out as a reference for energy storage power stations connected to the grid at other voltage levels.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36547 and DL/T 2528 apply to this document.
4 General requirements
4.1 The test results of energy storage power station access to the grid shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 36547 and GB/T 43526.
4.2 Before the energy storage power station is connected to the grid for testing, the technical information of the energy storage power station should be collected, a test plan should be prepared, and the plan should be reported to the grid dispatcher within 30 days before the test.
The technical data collected before the energy storage power station is connected to the grid for testing shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A.
4.3 Before the energy storage power station is connected to the grid for testing, an emergency plan and safety measures should be prepared. The safety of the testing work should comply with the regulations of GB/T 42288.
It should be determined and equipped with temporary fire-fighting facilities and emergency supplies.
4.4 Energy storage power station testers should have the necessary electrical knowledge and business skills, and be familiar with the working principles and structures of energy storage equipment and electrical equipment.
They can understand the structure, test plan and safe work procedures, and can correctly use tools, instruments and safety protection equipment.
