This Part applies to the check analysis of chemical composition for titanium and titanium alloy pressure wrought products. This Part does not apply to the analysis of exit-factory products of the production plant. This Part does not apply to the check analysis of changes in the content of impurity elements (such as hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen) caused by the reprocessing of the product by the purchaser.
