Scope

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test

This Standard is applicable to makeup-removal oil, makeup-removal lotion, makeup-
removal emulsion, makeup-removal balm, and makeup-removal cream whose main
purpose is to remove cosmetics and clean the skin.
This Standard is not applicable to water-in-oil makeup-removal emulsion and makeup-
removal cream products.
