5 RSU Test Items and Test Methods
5.1 Test Conditions
5.1.1 Test site and configuration
RSU test site and configuration shall comply with the requirements in 5.1 in GB/T
20851.5-2007.
5.1.2 Test signal
RSU test signal shall comply with the requirements in 5.2 in GB/T 20851.5-2007.
5.1.3 Test status
The test RSU shall be able to receive and transmit test signals in accordance with the
requirements in 5.2 in GB/T 20851.5-2007 and test demands. The test RSU shall be
able to consecutively transmit carrier wave; modulate unencoded pseudorandom
binary sequence (PN9) signal (whose cycle is 511 Bits) at work frequency and all zero
code of FM0 coding. The test RSU shall be able to draw forth the post-demodulation
received data and clock signal; provide test points.
5.2 Physical Layer
5.2.1 Carrier frequency and frequency tolerance
Carrier frequency and frequency tolerance shall be tested in accordance with the
stipulations in 6.2 in GB/T 20851.5-2007. Test result shall comply with the stipulations
a) Power up the test RSU; set it up to transmit BST;
b) The test equipment receives the BST; judges its correctness; returns VST;
c) The test RSU receives the VST from the test equipment; judges the correctness
of the VST; registers its MAC address;
d) The test RSU transmits Get_Secure.request to read vehicle’s information file;
e) Judge whether the test RSU correctly transmits Get_Secure.request;
f) The test equipment receives Get_Secure.request transmitted by the test RSU;
returns Get_Secure.response;
g) Monitor the test RSU’s data reception; judge whether the Get_Secure.response
file received by the test RSU has a correct structure and content;
h) Test and verify whether the security authentication is correct.
The test result shall comply with the stipulations in 5.1.2, 5.1.3 and 5.2 in GB/T
35070.2-2018.
5.3.4 Transfer_Channel primitive test
Please see the test methods below:
a) Power up the test RSU; set it up to transmit BST;
b) The test equipment receives the BST; judges its correctness; returns VST;
c) The test RSU receives the VST from the test equipment; judges the correctness
of the VST; registers its MAC address;
d) The test RSU transmits Transfer_Channel.request; uses IC card instruction to
complete the application operation;
e) Judge whether the test RSU correctly transmits Transfer_Channel.request;
f) The test equipment receives Transfer_Channel.request transmitted by the test
RSU; returns Transfer_Channel.response;
g) Monitor the test RSU’s data reception; judge whether the
Transfer_Channel.response file received by the test RSU has a correct
structure and content;
h) Test and verify whether the security authentication is correct.
The test result shall comply with the stipulations in 5.1.2, 5.1.3 and 5.2 in GB/T
35070.2-2018.
b) The test equipment and the test RSU complete a spliced transaction process
of compound transaction;
c) Judge whether the transaction process is correctly completed;
d) Judge whether the security authentication can correctly authenticate;
e) Judge whether data in the transaction process is correct.
The test result shall comply with the stipulations in 5.1.2, 5.1.3 and 5.2 in GB/T
35070.2-2018.
