Foreword
GB/T 34130 "Power Bus System" is divided into the following parts.
--- Part 1. General requirements;
--- Part 21. Particular requirements for power bus systems for wall and ceiling installations;
--- Part 22. Particular requirements for power bus systems for ground and underground installations.
This part is the 21st part of GB/T 34130.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section uses the redrafting method to modify the use of IEC 61534-21.2014 "Power Busbar System Part 21. for walls and ceilings
Special requirements for board-mounted power busbar systems.
The technical differences between this part and IEC 61534-21.2014 and their reasons are as follows.
---About the normative reference documents, this part has made technical adjustments to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjustments
The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, “Regulatory Citations”, and the specific adjustments are as follows.
● Use GB/T 34130.1-2017 power bus system part 1 general requirements (IEC 61534-1.2014,
MOD) replaces IEC 61534-1.2011.
This section has made the following editorial changes.
--- Removed notes from IEC 61534-21.2014 that apply to other countries and regions, such as the note to 14.2.102;
--- Because China has not adopted the standard IEC 61534-21.2006, so the Appendix AA has been deleted. PT has been complied with IEC 61534-21.2006.
Additional test requirements for the system".
This part was proposed by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Electrical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC67).

increase.
14.3.101 External load test
The PT system should be able to withstand the mechanical stresses applied to the PT system.
Compliance is checked by the following test.
Connecting at least two PT systems together, including electrical connections, and mounting on a rigid support frame according to the manufacturer's instructions;
The joint should be placed in the middle between the fixtures.
Place a steel plate of length (150±20) mm, width not less than PT system and thickness (5±1) mm, placed in the support
The upper surface of the PT system in the center of the structure. For the classification of 7.101.1.1 and 7.101.2.1, gradually apply one to the steel plate within (60 ± 1) s
The vertical force is up to (350 ± 10) N and is maintained at (60 ± 1) min. For the classification of 7.101.1.2 and 7.101.2.2, in the (60 ± 1) s inward steel
A vertical force is applied to the plate until (750 ± 10) N or the manufacturer's stated force ± 2%, whichever is higher, and remains (60 ±
1) min.
During the test, the specimen shall be undamaged and shall have neither loose parts nor any deformation that may compromise electrical safety.
After the test.
---The sample shall comply with Chapters 10 and 11.1 of GB/T 34130.1-2017;
---The specimen shall have no permanent deformation that will hinder the correct insertion and removal of the busbar slot connector;
--- Without the pretreatment of 15.1, the sample should withstand the test of 15.2 and 11.3 of GB/T 34130.1-2017
Test.
14.3.102 PT system with suspended load
A PT system classified according to 7.102.2 shall be capable of withstanding the mechanical loads applied to the suspension during normal use.
Compliance is checked by the following test.
Install the suspension in the normal condition according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the manufacturer does not specify, tighten the machine to the suspension
The threaded connection of the mechanical stress (if any) shall meet the torque given in the relevant column of Table 6 of GB/T 34130.1-2017.
If there is a threaded connection that is expected to provide mechanical support to the suspension, the manufacturer does not specify the torque for the threaded connection application.
Torque tightening given in the relevant column of Table 6 of GB/T 34130.1-2017.
Then, gradually apply a manufacturer's stated force of ±2% to the suspension or, if the manufacturer does not declare, apply a
(250 ± 5) N force, and maintain (24 ± 1) h, do not use explosive power.
During the test, the PT system and suspension shall not be separated from each other and the specimen shall be free from damage that does not conform to this section.
14.3.103 PT system with docking unit
In normal use, the plug-in unit shall be constructed to prevent disconnection from the power bus or accessible live parts.
Compliance is checked by the following test.
When the PT system is installed under normal use as stated by the manufacturer, insert and remove the plug-in unit 10 times each time.
Insert the plug-in unit into the plug-in socket again under normal use and apply a plug-in unit for normal use as specified by the manufacturer.
The force pulls out the force (30 ± 1) N in parallel and maintains (60 ± 5) s.
The plug-in unit shall not be separated from the power bus, and when tested in accordance with 11.1.1.1 of GB/T 34130.1-2017, the live parts shall be
Not easy to reach.
