ISO 830, ISO 17712, ISO /IEC 19762-1, ISO /IEC 19762-3, and the following terms and definitions apply to this
file.
3.1
Electronic box seal
Read-only, non-reusable container box that meets the requirements of ISO 17712 and ISO 18185 for high protection requirements and can provide damage
Or electronic evidence of the intrusion door.
3.2
Seal identification code
Generally refers to the production of sealing the only identification code, by the production sequence number and vendor code composition.
3.3
Transponder identification code interrogatoridentification
The code used to identify the source address of each communication session initiated by the responder.
4 Environmental characteristics
4.1 General requirements
This standard should be used with other parts of ISO 18185.
This standard applies to all electronic box covers for containers covered by the following standards. ISO 668, ISO 1496-1, ISO 1496-2,
ISO 1496-3, ISO 1496-4, ISO 1496-5, ISO 830. As long as appropriate and feasible, this standard also applies to the above standard does not cover the freight
container.
Container electronic box seals are typically used in harsh environments for shipping, rail and road transport. Sand, dust, salt spray, grease, snow, ice and dust
The scale will cover the surface of the label and sensing equipment. Lifting and transport operations will be subject to physical shock and vibration.
Containers are circulating around the world, and ambient temperatures often cause significant temperature changes and may be exposed to sunlight and ultraviolet light for a long time
Line down. Container electronic box seal should be able to work in its surface temperature between -40 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ between the normal work, and in the -51 ℃ ~
85 ℃ between the intact storage of data. The electronic box seal shall be in a harsh environmental condition covered by the specified test method (at least)
Enough to work and ensure the integrity of the stored data.
The system should be able to function properly in the typical electromagnetic environment of the transport equipment. The electronic box seal should be able to peak at an electric field intensity of 60 s
Value of 50V/m environment, as well as the normal work of the ship-borne radar and other equipment issued by the RF source and other conditions to work and ensure that
The integrity of the data.
4.2 low temperature
At low -40 ° C, the electronic box should be able to work normally. At a minimum temperature of -51 ° C, exposed to a daily environment for 24 h
After 60 days of storage, the label should still work properly. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-1 (MIL-STD-810F, method 502.4).
4.3 high temperature
The electronic box seal shall continue to operate normally after a circulating temperature of 70 ° C to 38 ° C. At a minimum temperature of 85 ° C per day
Exposure 12h ~ 15h environment storage 60 days (ISO 18185-2 specified electronic box closed the shortest use of life), the electronic box should still be sealed
normal work. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-2 (MIL-STD-810F, method 501.4).
4.4 Mechanical shock
The electronic box seal should still function normally during the 30 h mechanical shock process and after the impact of the half sine pulse for 11 s. test
Should be completed according to IEC 60068-2-2 (MIL-STD-810F, method 516.5).
4.5 random vibration
The electronic box is sealed between -40 ° C and 70 ° C and is subjected to a random vibration of 3 g in each axial direction and after vibration
Can work properly. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-53 (MIL-STD-810F, method 514.5).
4.6 Humidity
The electronic box seal should still function normally after being in a 95% non-condensing humidity environment. The test shall be in accordance with IEC 60068-2-53
(MIL-STD-810F, method 507.4).
4.7 rain and snow
Electronic box sealed in the rain and snow and after the time, can work properly. The label is submerged under 1m deep saline and afterwards
normal work. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-18 (MIL-STD-810F, method 506.4/512.4).
4.8 salt spray
The electronic box should still function normally when it is subjected to salt spray. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-11 (MIL-STD-810F,
Method 509.4) is completed.
4.9 drop
The electronic box seal can protect the equipment from damage in a test environment that falls from a height of 3.3m to the surface of concrete and steel. Test period
And after the test equipment can be reliable, fully operational. The test shall be in accordance with the method specified in IEC 60068-2-31 and IEC 60068-2-32
The drop height and impact surface are defined by this standard.
4.10 dust
The electronic box seal should still work properly after exposure to sand and dust. The test shall be carried out in accordance with IEC 60068-2-68 (MIL-STD-
810F, Method 510.4).
4.11 Electromagnetic environment
In the container field and the ship may exist in the electromagnetic environment, the label should be able to work properly. Tag in the field strong peak up to 50V/m,
Time for 60s, can still survive and maintain the integrity of the stored data. The label will survive after 25kV electrostatic discharge
Keep the integrity of the stored data.
