1 Scope
This Standard specifies the environmental conditions, functional conditions, technical
conditions, and the like of swapping battery pack rack of electric vehicle.
This Standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, and installation of swapping
batter pack charging rack and storage rack of electric vehicle.

5.1.3 Each storage bin of battery pack rack shall have the battery pack limit function
and guide function; and equipped with locking mechanism.
5.1.4 The battery pack rack shall have anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions. It shall
have sufficient mechanical strength to meet the requirements of bearing and shake-
proof.
5.1.5 The battery pack rack shall have grounding point, which shall be clearly marked.
5.2 Charging rack
5.2.1 Each storage bin of the charging rack shall be equipped with charging
connector, and the floating-mode charging connector shall be used.
5.2.2 Each storage bin of charging rack shall be connected with the battery pack
automatically and accurately, and mistake inserting shall be avoided.
5.2.3 Each storage bin of charging rack shall be equipped with the interfaces
performing the electrical and communication connection with the charger.
5.2.4 The charging rack shall have the smoke alarm function.
5.2.5 The charging rack shall take the strong and weak electricity separation design.
5.3 Battery pack storage rack
5.3.1 The battery pack storage rack shall have smoke alarm function.
5.3.2 The battery pack storage rack shall be reliably insulated from the live parts.
5.3.3 Each storage bin of the battery pack storage rack shall have the interface
communicating with the monitoring system.
6 Technical Requirements
6.1 Structure
6.1.1 The main structure of battery pack rack shall adopt the modular frame structure.
6.1.2 The auxiliary structure of charging rack consists of charging connector, guide
device of battery pack, limit locking device, tray, etc.
6.1.3 The auxiliary structure of storage rack of battery pack consists of guide device
of battery pack, limit locking device, tray, etc.
