1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and code, order content, dimension, appearance and weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certification documents of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes for industrial furnace of petroleum and chemical
hydrogenation unit.
This standard applies to the seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes of outer diameter 68 mm ~ 273 mm for industrial furnace of petroleum and chemical hydrogenation unit (hereinafter referred to as steel tubes).

3 Classification and code
3.1 Steel tubes are classified as follows in accordance with the processing methods.
a) Hot rolled (extruded, upset and forged) steel tubes, W-H;
b) Cold rolled (drawn) steel tubes, W-C.
3.2 Steel tubes are classified as follows in accordance with the dimensional accuracy.
a) Normal level accuracy, PA;
b) High level accuracy, PC.
3.3 The following codes apply to this document.
D. Outer diameter (unless otherwise specified, it refers to the nominal outer diameter).
S. Wall thickness (unless otherwise specified, it includes nominal wall thickness and/or calculated wall thickness).
5.3.1.1 The curvature per meter of steel tube shall comply with the following requirements.
a) If S ??? 15 mm, it is not more than 1.5 mm/m;
b) If S > 15 mm, it is not more than 2.0 mm/m.
5.3.1.2 The full length curvature of the steel tube shall not be greater than 0.10% of the total length of the tube.
5.3.2 Out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness
The out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness of the steel tube shall not exceed 80% of the tolerance of the outer diameter and wall thickness,
respectively.
5.3.3 End profile
The surfaces of both ends of the steel tube shall be perpendicular to the axis of the steel tube, AND it shall remove the incision burrs.
5.4 Weight
5.4.1 Delivery weight
The steel tube is delivered by the actual weight. If negotiated by the supplier and the purchaser AND indicated in the contract, it may also be supplied by theoretical weight. When it is delivered by theoretical weight, the theoretical weight shall be determined in accordance with 5.4.2.
5.4.2 Calculation of theoretical weight
5.4.2.1 The theoretical weight of the steel tube shall be calculated in accordance with equation (1).

negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser, AND indicated in the contract, it may use other smelting methods of higher requirements.
