6.1.1 Fiber content
It shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2910 (all parts),
GB/T 38015, FZ/T 01057 (all parts), FZ/T 01026, etc.
6.1.2 Formaldehyde content
According to GB/T 2912.1.
6.1.3 pH value
According to GB/T 7573.
6.1.4 Odor
According to GB 18401.
6.1.5 Degradable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes
According to GB/T 17592.
6.1.6 Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA)
According to GB/T 31126.
6.1.7 Dimensional change after washing
Take 3 specimens from the sample. Test according to GB/T 8630.Wash according to
the 4N program of A-type washing machine in GB/T 8629-2017.Select "Standard
Detergent 3" as the detergent. Select A-hanging and drying as the drying program. Wash
once. Take the arithmetic mean of the 3 specimens as the test result. If there are
shrinkage and elongation test results at the same time, take the arithmetic mean of the
2 specimens with the same shrinkage (or elongation) as the test result. The final result
is rounded according to GB/T 8170, retaining one decimal place.
6.1.8 Pilling
It shall be implemented in accordance with Parameter D in GB/T 4802.1-2008.
6.1.9 Wear resistance
According to GB/T 21196.2, wool abrasive is used. The total effective mass of friction
load is (595 ± 7) g (nominal pressure is 9 kPa).
6.1.10 Tearing strength
According to GB/T 3917.2.
6.1.11 Seam strength of back crotch seam
Follow the provisions of Method 3 in GB/T 8427-2019.When the difference between
the ratings of each stage exceeds half a grade, the average light fastness shall be used
for determination.
6.1.18 Surface moisture resistance
Follow the provisions of GB/T 4745.Washing method follows the provisions of 4N
program of A-type washing machine in GB/T 8629-2017.Use "Standard Detergent 3"
as detergent. Use A-hang to dry as drying program. Wash 3 times. Hang to dry after
each wash.
6.1.19 Hydrostatic pressure
Fabrics with elastic elongation ≥10% in either warp (vertical) or weft (horizontal)
direction are tested according to the method for determining the final hydrostatic
pressure value in FZ/T 01004-2008.The water pressure rise rate is (6.0±0.3) kPa/min.
The test end point is in accordance with GB/T 4744.Other fabrics are in accordance
with GB/T 4744.The hydrostatic pressure sampling location at the seam is the flat seam
tape (except the cross section). The lowest hydrostatic pressure value of the fabric and
the fabric seam is used as the hydrostatic pressure value of the sample for determination.
The washing method shall be in accordance with the washing method for surface
moisture resistance in 6.1.18.
The tensile elastic elongation is tested according to FZ/T 01034.The fixed force value
is 25 N.
6.1.20 Moisture permeability
The test conditions a) and method B (inverted cup method) in GB/T 12704.2-2009 shall
be followed. The washing method shall be followed as specified in 6.1.18 on the
washing method for surface moisture resistance.
6.1.21 Buttons, decorations, zippers and other accessories
The accessible sharp edges and sharp points shall comply with the provisions of GB/T
31702.Other tests shall refer to 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 of the appearance quality inspection
method.
6.1.22 Residual metal needle inspection
It is implemented in accordance with GB/T 24121.The detection sensitivity (standard
iron ball test card) is 1.0 mm.
6.1.23 Appearance after washing
After washing and drying according to the water washing size change test method
specified in 6.1.7, evaluate in combination with Table 1.
8.1.1.2 If the test results of color fastness to soap washing, color fastness to perspiration,
color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to water and color fastness to light are qualified,
the batch of products will be judged as qualified. If the test results of color fastness to
soap washing, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to
water and color fastness to light are unqualified, the batch of products will be judged as
unqualified according to color.
8.1.1.3 If the inspection results of other items are qualified, the batch of products will
be deemed qualified. If the inspection results of other items are unqualified, the batch
of products will be deemed unqualified.
8.1.2 Single piece determination
If the number of product inspection pieces is lower than the number of sampling pieces
for batch determination, only the inspected samples shall be determined in accordance
with 7.1.1 and this shall be noted in the inspection report.
8.2 Appearance quality
The appearance quality grade of finished products is determined by the presence and
severity of defects. The individual products in the sample are graded by the number of
defects and their severity. The batch grade is divided by the quality ratio of the
individual products in the sample.
Single piece (sample)
Superior products. Serious defects = 0 Major defects = 0 Minor defects ≤ 4
