This Standard applies to household cooking utensils of which aluminum and aluminum alloy are used as the substrate (including the inner surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy composite), the surface contacting with food uses non-stick coating treatment, including frying cookware, cooking utensils, rice cookers, etc. This Standard is not applicable to baking utensils.
