Aluminum and aluminum alloys nonstick cookware
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test method, inspection rules, marks, labels, instruction manual as well as packaging, transport, storage of aluminum and aluminum alloys nonstick cookware (hereinafter referred to as nonstick cookware).
This Standard applies to household cooking utensils of which aluminum and aluminum alloy are used as the substrate (including the inner surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy composite), the surface contacting with food uses non-stick coating treatment, including frying cookware, cooking utensils, rice cookers, etc.
This Standard is not applicable to baking utensils.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 non-stick coating
the inner surface of the cookware is coated with a coating to form a coating having a non-sticking property
3.2 heat resistance coating
a special paint that is able to withstand more than 200??C
3.3 aluminium porcelain enamel
a special enamel that can be applied to aluminum
3.4 continuing non-stick performance
the non-stickiness of non-stick coating after non-sticking test
3.5 adhesion
the degree of adhesion of the coating and the substrate
3.6 peeling resistance
5.5.3 Handle firmness
Carry out the test according to 6.2.7. The handle and its components should not be loose, no deformation, no cracks in the handle, no water at the
junction.
5.5.4 Handle (containing pot button) surface temperature
When carrying out the test according to 6.2.8, the maximum temperature of the following materials shall not exceed.
a) plastic 70??C;
b) metal 55??C;
c) wood 89??C;
d) ceramics, glass, stone 66??C.
5.5.5 Flame resistance of handle
Carry out the test according to 6.2.9. The handle should not be softened or have the melt drips. If burning, the fire source should be removed. The burning should be extinguished automatically within 15s. Once it is
extinguished, the handle material should not spontaneously burn.
5.5.6 Handle torsion strength (for single long handle wok, long handle
+ deputy handle wok)
After testing according to 6.2.10, the distortion of the handle should not exceed 10??. The handle fasteners should not be loose.
5.5.7 Handle heat resistance
Carry out the test according to 6.2.11. The handle and pot button should have no cracks, blistering.
NOTE The decorative part is not within the scope of this requirement, such as thermoplastic inserts or wrapping.
5.6 Non-stick coating
5.6.1 Sensory requirements
After testing according to 6.2.12, it shall meet the requirements of 5.1 of GB/T 32095.1-2015.
5.6.2 Microscopic appearance
5.8 Other
For the rice cooker liner, pressure cooker, electric pressure cooker liner, it shall carry out according to the provisions of 5.1, 5.6.
6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
6.1.1 Test equipment includes.
a) one 1 kW power electric furnace, one 2 kW power electric furnace;
b) one surface thermometer of which the accuracy is not less than 2.5;
c) one handle load test machine;
d) one handle flammability test device;
e) one flat wear test machine;
f) one rubber board of which the thickness is 5 mm, the Shore hardness
is 50 ?? 10;
g) one vibration wear test machine;
h) one set of non-stick coating anti-scratch test device;
i) one temperate box of which the accuracy is ?? 2??C;
j) one electronic balance of which the accuracy is 1 g;
k) one 4x magnifying glass, one 10x magnifying glass;
l) non-metallic shovel, timer, cross grid, weight, special tools, etc.; NOTE Whatever the model of the test equipment is, as long as it can meet testing requirements.
6.1.2 The test shall be carried out at room temperature of (23??C ?? 2??C). 6.2 Test method
6.2.1 Material
6.2.1.1 The sample board provided by the manufacturer for aluminum and
aluminum alloy substrate use shall be tested according to the provisions specified by GB/T 5009.72.
Carry out the test according to the provisions of 6.2.2 in GB/T 32095.1-2015. 6.2.14 Non-stick coating hardness test
Carry out the test according to the provisions of GB/T 6739.
6.2.15 Non-stick coating adhesion fastness test
Carry out the test according to the provisions of 6.2.5 in GB/T 32095.1-2015. 6.2.16 Non-stick coating peel fastness test
Carry out the test according to the provisions of 6.2.6 in GB/T 32095.1-2015. 6.2.17 Non-stick coating scratch resistance test
Carry out the test according to the provisions of 6.2.7 in GB/T 32095.1-2015. 6.2.18 Non-stick coating non-stickiness test
6.2.18.1 Frying cookware
Carry out the test according to the provisions of 4.2.1 in GB/T 32095.2-2015. Carry out the test for shaped frying non-stick pan according to the provisions of 4.2.2 in GB/T 32095.2-2015.
