This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and code, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as packaging, marking, storage and transportation of lithium titanium oxide and its carbon composite anode materials for lithium ion battery. This Standard applies to lithium titanium oxide and its carbon composite anode materials for lithium ion battery (hereinafter referred to as lithium titanate oxide anode materials). Lithium titanate oxide for electrochemical capacitors can also be used with reference to this Standard.
