1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods,
inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf life of
skin care oil.
This standard applies to oily products which have a main purpose of
moisturizing and protecting the skin.

5.2.6.2 Determination
Take 5.0 mL of the specimen. Add 5.0 mL of 95% neutral ethanol. Boil it. Use
the wet red litmus paper and blue litmus paper to infiltrate the solution. The test
paper shall not change color.
5.3 Hygienic indicators
It is tested according to the method as specified in the “Specifications of
cosmetic hygiene”.
5.4 Net content
It is determined according to the method as specified in JJF 1070.
5.5 Package’s appearance
It is carried out according to QB/T 1685.
6 Inspection rules
It is carried out according to QB/T 1684.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage, shelf
life
7.1 Markings of sales packaging
It is carried out according to GB 5296.3.
7.2 Packaging
It is carried out according to QB/T 1685.
7.3 Transportation
It shall be handled gently, stacked according to the graphic markings of the
packaging box. Avoid severe vibration, impact, sun and rain exposure.
7.4 Storage
It shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse at a temperature not higher
than 38 °C. It shall not be close to water, stove or heating. When storing, it shall
be 20 cm above the ground and 50 cm away from the interior wall. There shall
be a passage in the middle. It is stacked according to the graphical markings of
the packaging box. It shall strictly follow the principles of “first-in, first-out”.
