1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications and codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging,
transportation and storage of mobile laboratory of food safety inspection. This Standard applies to the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection that is used on land.

5.1.1 The working conditions for the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall meet the following requirements:
-- Ambient temperature: -40 ??C ~ 45 ??C;
-- Relative air humidity: below 95%;
-- Altitude: below 5 000 m.
5.1.2 The limits of dimensions and masses for the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall meet the requirements of GB 1589.
5.1.3 The mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall be stably parked on a 12% ramp when the road adhesion coefficient is not less than 0.7.
5.1.4 The stable roll angle of the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall not be less than 30??.
5.1.5 The limit of rain proof performance of the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall not be less than 94 points; the score calculation shall be in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 476.
5.1.6 The mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall be equipped with steps, so as to facilitate the entry and exit of personnel. When bearing a 1.8 kN vertical downward static load, there shall be no plastic deformation or damage. 5.1.7 Experiments shall be conducted under the non-mobile state of the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection.
5.1.8 The mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall be equipped with an identification system, which shall meet the requirements of GB/T 29479. 5.1.9 The facility requirements of the mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall meet the requirements of GB/T 29479.
5.2 Carrier
5.2.1 General requirements
The carrier shall be a vehicle, underpan or shelter that is produced by a manufacturer with production qualification. According to the testing
requirements, a leveling mechanism can be set on the carrier to meet the testing conditions.
5.2.2 Requirements for self-propelled carriers
5.2.2.1 The safety performance shall comply with the relevant regulations of GB 7258.
5.3.1.4 The laboratory shelter shall be to be effectively separated from the cab by a partition. A metal frame shall be used inside the partition, so as to ensure strength and stability during driving. There shall be an observation window or door on the partition. When there is a door, it shall be reliably locked in the open and closed state. The exterior color of the partition shall be coordinated with the interior color of the shelter.
5.3.1.5 The paint coating of the laboratory shelter shall be sprayed evenly; defects, such as cracks, peeling, delamination, bubbles, flow marks and accumulation, are not be allowed; it shall meet the requirements of TQ1 of QC/T 484.
5.3.1.6 The interior decoration materials of the laboratory shelter shall be flat and smooth, free from dust accumulation, easy to clean, of good air tightness, impermeable, corrosion resistant, and vibration free from dust and cracks. The floor shall be wear-resistant, non-slip, anti-leakage, easy to clean and disinfect, has anti-static measures, and meets the relevant requirements of GB/T 32146.3. All windows shall be provided with shading and anti-mosquito measures. The interior decoration materials of the biological inspection laboratory shelter also be resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
5.3.1.7 The biological inspection laboratory shelter shall be divided into a working area and an auxiliary working area. It shall be an isolated area in the laboratory or an independent mobile cabin, and there shall be access control. The working area is mainly used for tasks such as sample storage, preparation, inspection and testing; the auxiliary working area is mainly used for tasks such as personnel rest and data processing.
5.3.1.8 The laboratory shelter shall be equipped with a safe escape channel; the door lock and opening direction of the door shall not hinder the escape of indoor personnel.
5.3.1.9 The laboratory shelter shall be equipped with a dedicated sample delivery window, to facilitate sample delivery and sampling by the staff in the laboratory shelter.
5.3.2 Environmental requirements
5.3.2.1 The laboratory shelter shall be equipped with an independent
temperature and humidity regulating system. In the working condition, the temperature shall be controlled within the range of 18 ??C ~ 26 ??C, and the relative humidity shall be controlled within the range of 30% ~ 70%.
5.3.2.2 The noise of the laboratory shelter shall not exceed 68 dB(A), and shall not affect the health of the staff.
5.3.3.7 When an external power supply system is used, a cable reel whose length is not less than 30 m shall be configured.
5.3.3.8 The laboratory shelter shall be equipped with an effective grounding lightning protection device, so as to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and the shelter in the field operations.
5.3.3.9 If there is a gas (liquid) supply device in the laboratory shelter, it shall be installed firmly; the delivery pipeline shall be airtight without leakage, and the pipeline flow direction shall be easy to clean and inspect.
5.3.3.10 The work cabinet and work surface shall meet the relevant
requirements of GB 24820; the performance of the work surface against
chemical reagents shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21747.
5.3.3.11 The work chair shall be movable, rotated, and adjustable in height. It can be quickly fixed when not in use, and the fixation shall firm and reliable without looseness or abnormal noise.
5.3.3.12 In order to meet the basic testing conditions, the chemical mobile laboratory shall be equipped with a fume hood; the biological mobile laboratory shall be equipped with an ultra-clean workbench; the mobile laboratory for handling pathogenic microorganism samples shall be equipped with biological safety cabinets and proper disinfection equipment for handling pathogenic microorganisms.
5.4 Instruments and equipment
5.4.1 The equipment shall meet the requirements of 4.4 of RB/T 214-2017, 4.3 and 4.4 of RB/T 215-2017.
5.4.2 According to the different functions of the inspection laboratory, different special detection equipment can be configured; it is encouraged to use
instruments and equipment of fast inspection, extensive use and small size. The shock resistance of the used equipment shall meet the requirements of 5.1.3 of GB/T 29476-2012. The transport resistance shall meet the
requirements of 5.3 of GB/T 29476-2012. The electromagnetic compatibility shall meet the requirements of 5.4 of GB/T 29476-2012.
5.4.3 There shall be incubators (refrigerating and freezing equipment), sampling boxes, glass container storage boxes, reagent storage boxes, first aid boxes, etc. that meet the requirements for temporary storage of samples and standard products in the laboratory shelter.
5.4.4 Automobile data recorder, car navigator, reversing monitoring equipment, remote monitoring system (including vehicle positioning function, vehicle audio and video monitoring, voice monitoring, on-board video monitoring, remote 6.2.2.2 Calculate the specific power according to the calculation method that is specified in GB 7258.
6.2.2.3 Check the radio disturbance characteristics according to the test method that is specified in GB/T 18655.
6.2.3 Trailer carrier
6.2.3.1 In addition to inspecting the safety performance of the trailer carrier according to the test method that is specified in GB 7258, the performance of the semi-trailer carrier shall be inspected according to the test method that is specified in GB/T 23336, and the performance of the full-trailer carrier shall be inspected according to the test method that is specified in GB/T 17275. 6.2.3.2 Use a tape measure to measure the tread of the trailer carrier. 6.3 Laboratory shelter
6.3.1 General requirements
6.3.1.1 Visually inspect the layout of the laboratory shelter.
6.3.1.2 Check the paint coating according to the test method of QC/T 484. 6.3.1.3 Check the interior of the laboratory shelter according to the test method that is specified in GB/T 29474.
6.3.1.4 Visually inspect the partition of the laboratory shelter.
6.3.1.5 Visually inspect and experience personnel escape routes.
6.3.2 Environmental requirements
6.3.2.1 Turn on the temperature and humidity adjustment system; use a
thermometer and hygrometer to measure the temperature and humidity values in the laboratory shelter respectively.
6.3.2.2 Use a sound level meter to measure the noise in the space where personnel are operating.
6.3.2.3 Use an illuminance meter to measure the illuminance of the working area and auxiliary working area.
6.3.2.4 Use a barometer to check the air pressure in the laboratory shelter. 6.3.3 Facility requirements
6.3.3.1 Visually inspect the emergency treatment device in the laboratory shelter.
c) After normal production, when there are major changes in structure,
materials, and processes;
d) After normal production, when the quality department of the enterprise has relevant regulations;
e) When the delivery inspection result is significantly different from the last type inspection;
f) When the national quality supervision department proposes a requirement to carry out the type inspection.
7.1.2 During the type inspection, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the contents of Chapter 5.
7.2 Delivery inspection
7.2.1 The mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall be inspected by the manufacturer's quality inspection department before leaving the factory, and shall be put in storage and leave the factory after the certificate of quality is issued.
7.2.2 The delivery inspection items are:
a) Mobile laboratory appearance inspection;
b) Quality inspection of equipment assembly;
c) Testing equipment debugging;
d) Complete facility inspection and functional inspection;
e) Abnormal noise inspection when the laboratory is moving;
f) Tightness inspection.
7.3 Determination rules
7.3.1 For type inspection, at least one mobile laboratory of food safety inspection shall be selected and inspected in accordance with the relevant requirements of Chapter 5. As long as one item is unqualified, the product shall be determined as unqualified.
7.3.2 During the delivery inspection, each product shall be inspected according to the items in 7.2.2. If there are any unqualified items, it shall be repaired and debugged again until it is qualified.
