This Standard is applicable to the disinfectant that uses phenol, cresol, xylenol, p-chloro-m-xylenol, trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether and other phenolic compound as the main raw materials, uses appropriate surfactant as solubilizer, uses ethanol, isopropanol, water as solvent, without other bactericidal ingredients.
