Scope
This part of GB/T 27748 specifies the operating performance and environmental impact of stationary fuel cell power generation systems (hereinafter referred to as power generation systems).This section applies to the following test methods.
---Power output under specified operating conditions and transient conditions;
---Power generation efficiency and thermal efficiency under specified operating conditions;
---Environmental characteristics. for example, gas emissions, noise, etc. under specified operating conditions and transient conditions;
--- This standard does not provide electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test.
This part does not apply to small stationary polymer fuel cell power generation systems with an output power of less than 10kW.
IEC 62282-3-201 applies to this type of system.
Due to the different fuel cell types and applications, as well as the different input and output fluid substances and energy forms, the power generation system can have different
The same subsystem. However, in order to evaluate the power generation system, this section defines a general system diagram and boundary (see Figure 1). For sure
The test boundary of the power generation system considers the following conditions.
---All energy recovery systems are included in the test boundary;
--- Any type of electrical energy storage device is considered outside the test boundary;
---The calorific value of the input fuel (such as natural gas, propane gas, pure hydrogen, etc.) is calculated based on its state at the boundary of the power generation system.
