Industrial Vehicle Stability Verification
Part 20. work under load bias conditions
Additional stability test
1 Scope
This standard specifies the stability associated with the safety of industrial vehicles as defined by ISO 5053 and verification methods. This standard is involved
Industrial vehicles are self-propelled or pedestrian vehicles with wheels, except vehicles that operate on orbit. These vehicles can be operated by the operator
Controlled, or unmanned, for handling, towing, jacking, lifting, stacking or stacking within shelves.
This part of GB/T 26949 specifies additional tests to verify the stability of a fully loaded vehicle with load bias in service
The center of mass has a significant offset from the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle. This section applies to the following types of vehicles.
a) Counterbalanced forklift trucks as specified in ISO 22915-2;
b) Forward type (retractable masts or forks) and pin-type forklifts specified in ISO 22915-3;
c) Pallet stacker trucks as specified in ISO 22915-4;
d) Two-way and multi-way operation (retractable masts or forks) as specified in ISO 22915-7;
e) off-road telescopic handler as defined in ISO 22915-14;
f) articulated steering counterbalanced forklifts as specified in ISO 22915-15;
g) Telescopic handler of ISO 22915-11;
h) Cross-country forklift with gantry as specified in ISO 22915-13.
If the offset is greater than the following value is considered a significant offset.
--- Rated vehicle weight less than 5000kg. 100mm;
--- Rated starting weight of not less than 5000kg and not more than 10000kg of vehicles. 150mm;
--- Rated starting weight greater than 10000kg and less than.20000kg vehicles. 250mm;
--- Nominal weight of not less than.20000kg vehicles. 350mm.

4 test conditions
4.1 General
See ISO 22915-1.
4.2 vehicle position on the inclined platform 1)
4.2.1 counterbalanced forklift
1) For other types of vehicles (see range), the location of the vehicle or inclined platform is specified in the relevant test of the ISO 22915 counterpart.
The position of the vehicle on a sloping platform shall comply with the test 3 of ISO 22915-2.
4.2.2 Forward and pin-type forklift
The position of the vehicle on a sloping platform shall comply with the test 3 of ISO 22915-3.
4.2.3 pallet stacker
The position of the vehicle on a sloping platform shall comply with the test 3 of ISO 22915-4.
4.2.4 Two-way and multi-directional operation of the forklift
The position of the vehicle on a sloping platform shall comply with the test 3 of ISO 22915-7.
4.3 load position
The center of mass of the load should be laterally offset at the maximum foreseen position of the actual operation.
The test shall be carried out on the side of the vehicle with the worst stability. The gantry shall be retracted and fully tilted to the position allowed by the design. The load shall rise to the maximum
Lifting height.
If the manufacturer indicates other values on the load sign (see Chapter 6), the test shall be carried out under the following conditions. The corresponding lifting height
The stability of the maximum load test, and the relevant parties to allow the maximum lifting height of the corresponding load stability test.
4.4 equipped with vehicle test vehicles
If required, equipped vehicles shall meet the above stability test.
Under special operating conditions and according to the manufacturer's instructions when using fitted vehicles, the test load and its position should be in the load plate
Given on.
The lifting height specified in the test shall be between the surface of the inclined platform and the bottom of the load in the position where lifting is permitted or the load lifting device
Measurement between the bottom, whichever is less.
5 stability verification
The stability of the vehicle at full load and at maximum lifting height shall be determined according to the type of vehicle, in accordance with ISO 22915-2
In Test 3, Test 3 in ISO 22915-3, Test 3 and Test 4 in ISO 22915-4 (when a double-deck stacker carries two loads
Only verified by Test 8 in ISO 22915-4, Test 4), or ISO 22915-72.
6 mark
The lifting capacity and offset under special operating conditions as determined by this additional stability test shall be specified in accordance with ISO 3691-1
The operator can be seen in the normal operating position on the sign.
2) Other types of vehicles may be involved in other parts of ISO 22915, see Foreword.
