This part is the part 2 of GB/T 25127 ?€?Low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages?€?.
This part was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.
This part shall be under the National Technical Committee for
Standardization of Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Equipment (SAC/TC 238).

application
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 25127 specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, test rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages (hereinafter referred to as ?€?packages?€?) for household and similar application which is driven by electric motors.
This part is applicable to the air heat (cold) source heat pump (water chilling) packages the cooling capacity of which is not more than 50 kW, AND such packages shall be able to produce hot water in the ambient temperature of not lower than -20 ??C. Other similar packages can also refer to this part. 2 Normative references
The provisions in following documents become the provisions of this part through reference in this part of GB/T 25127. For the dated references, the subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this part; however, parties who reach an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study if the latest versions of these documents are applicable. 5 Requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The packages shall comply with the requirements of this part, AND be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents
approved as per the prescribed procedure (or as agreed between the user and the manufacturer).
5.1.2 The packages shall, except for all cooling (heating) system components, be generally equipped with cold (hot) water circulating pumps, piping and accessories.
5.1.3 As for the ferrous metal parts of the packages, the surface shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment.
5.1.4 The electroplating part surface shall be smooth and uniform in color, AND it shall be free from such defects as peeling, bottom exposure, pinhole, apparent spots, and scratches, etc.
5.1.5 The package?€?s coating part surface shall be flat, uniform coating, uniform color, AND it shall be free from such defects as apparent bubbles, flow marks, holiday, primer exposure, and other wrinkles and damages.
5.1.6 The package?€?s decorative plastic part surface shall be flat and smooth, uniform color, AND it shall be free from such defects as cracks, bubbles, and apparent shrinkages, etc.; the plastic parts shall be aging resistant.
5.1.7 Salt mist resistance of electroplating parts
As for each rust point on the package?€?s metal coating, its area shall not exceed 1 mm2. Within each 100 cm2 of sample, the number of rust points
AND rust marks on the coating shall not exceed 2; when the sample is less than 100 cm2, it shall have no rust point or mark.
5.1.8 Coating adhesion of coating part
The coating adhesion of the package?€?s coating part shall reach over grade II as specified in GB/T 1720.
5.1.9 The package?€?s parts and components and materials shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards, AND meet the performance requirements. 5.1.10 Before charging the refrigerant, the package?€?s internal surface which contacts with the refrigerant and lubricating oil shall be kept clean and dry, AND the package?€?s external surface shall be kept clean.
5.5.2.1 If the package cannot run at some of the load points of 75%, 50% or 25%, it is allowed for the package to run at the rest of the load points under the operating conditions as specified in Table 2, MEASURE the coefficient of performance of each load point, USE straight line to connect different load points, and DRAW the part load curve; then based on the curve, USE the
interpolation method to calculate the coefficient of performance of the package?€?s part load points which are to be calculated; BUT it is not allowed to use the extrapolation method.
5.5.2.2 If the package cannot be unloaded to 75%, 50% or 25%.
a) If the package cannot be unloaded to 25% BUT less than 50%, then its COP at 75% and 50% shall be obtained in accordance with 5.5.2.1;
MAKE the package run under minimum load, at the 25% load conditions
as specified in Table 2, MEASURE the heating (cooling) coefficient of
performance, then USE the equation (3) to calculate the COP at 25%
load.
b) If the package cannot be unloaded to 50% BUT less than 75%, then its COP at 75% shall be obtained in accordance with 5.5.2.1; MAKE the
package run under minimum load, at the 50% and 25% load conditions
as specified in Table 2, MEASURE the heating (cooling) coefficient of
performance, then USE the equation (3) to calculate the COP at 50%
and 25% load.

Qm - Measured heating (cooling) capacity, in the unit of kilowatts (kW); Pm - Measured total electric power consumption, in the unit of kilowatts (kW);
CD - The attenuation factor due to the intermittent shutdown of the
compressor due to the inability of the package to be unloaded to the
minimum load, which is calculated using the equation (4).
Where.
LF - Load factor, which is calculated using the equation (5);
the leakage tester (sensitivity of 5 ?? 10-6 Pa ?€? m3/s) to conduct test; AND the results shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.1.
6.3.1.2 Pressure test
When the water side of the package is under 1.25 times of the design
pressure (hydraulic pressure) OR 1.15 times of the design pressure
(atmospheric pressure), OBSERVE each part and joint; AND the results shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.2.
6.3.2 Performance test under nominal operating condition
6.3.2.1 Cooling capacity and total electric power consumption
ADJUST the package to the maximum cooling capacity. Under the nominal
cooling condition as specified in Table 1, the cooling capacity shall, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10870, be tested, measured and
calculated using the liquid refrigerant method (the verification test adopts the package heat balance method). As for the ambient temperature and humidity conditions of the exothermic side, it can use the air conditioning device of the air enthalpy difference method as specified in GB/T 17758 to make it achieve to the required working conditions.
