Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 24511-2009 "stainless steel plate and steel strip for pressure equipment", and GB/T 24511-2009 standard
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Adjusted to supplement the normative reference documents;
--- Added 16 grades and related technical requirements. Among them, 11 grades of austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel
5 grades, and higher requirements in terms of composition and performance compared to GB /4237, GB /3280, GB /4238;
---Strengthen the thickness tolerance range of hot-rolled steel sheets and strips, and supplement the individual thickness tolerance requirements;
--- Increase the lower limit of the yield strength of the commonly used six austenitic stainless steels;
--- In the manufacturing method, the hot-rolled stainless steel and heat-resistant steel coil-cut steel sheets with a thickness of 14.0mm~25.0mm are clarified according to the leaflet.
Rolled steel sheet delivery requirements;
--- It is clear that steel plates can be produced by die-cast steel ingots, and the compression ratio is defined;
--- Increased the calculation method of Pitting Equivalent Index (PREN);
--- Compare the comparison test of duplex stainless steel in "special requirements";
--- Supplemented the reference standard for grain boundary corrosion test;
--- In the form of "informative appendix", the high temperature performance of some stainless steels has been added.
This standard was proposed by the China Iron and Steel Association.
