Adsorption resin for food industrial use
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules,
marking, packaging, product specifications, transportation and storage of
adsorption resins for food industrial use.
This standard applies to the adsorption resins for food industrial use which,
using styrene, divinylbenzene, acrylic esters, acrylonitrile, etc. as polymerized
monomers, and using toluene, liquid paraffin, etc. as porogens, is
copolymerized under the action of initiators.
2 Normative references
The provisions in following documents become the provisions of this Standard
through reference in this Standard. For the dated references, the subsequent
amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this Standard;
however, parties who reach an agreement based on this Standard are
encouraged to study if the latest versions of these documents are applicable.
For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document applies.

3 Requirements
3.1 General requirements
Appearance: Uniform spherical shape without visible impurities.
3.2 Special requirements
See Table 1 for special requirements.

5.2 Group-batch
Take the product produced in each kettle as an inspection batch.
5.3 Sampling
Carry out sampling in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5475. Take 2 kg
from each batch, wherein 1 kg is used as the test sample and 1 kg is used as
the standby sample. Put them into two clean airtight containers, respectively.
5.4 Judgment rules
5.4.1 The test result is judged according to the full value comparison method in
GB/T 8170-2008.
5.4.2 When the inspection results of all items meet the requirements of this
standard, the batch of products shall be deemed qualified.
5.4.3 If there are indicators in the inspection results that do not meet the
requirements of this standard, it shall take samples from the double-volume
packages of the same batch for re-inspection. The results of the re-inspection
are used for determination. If there are still indicators that do not meet the
requirements of this standard, the batch of products will be judged as
unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and
product manual
6.1 Marking
The product marking shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 191. Each
batch of products shall have a quality inspection report. Each package shall
have a clear and firm mark, indicating the product name, model, batch number,
net content, implemented standard, production date, manufacturer name and
production site; it shall also be marked with the words "for food industry".
6.2 Packaging
Products shall be packed in containers lined with plastic bags. Each package
shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity.
6.3 Transportation and storage
