Foreword
This Document was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for Standardization ?€? Part 1: Rules for the Structure and Drafting of Standardizing Documents. This Document replaced GB/T 24320-2009 Recycled Fiber Pulp. Compared with GB/T 24320- 2009, the major technical changes of this Document are as follows besides the structural adjustments and editorial modifications:
a) Change the scope (see Clause 1 of this Edition; Clause 1 of the 2009 Edition); b) Change the English equivalent and definition of the term "recycled fiber pulp" (see 3.1 of this Edition; 3.1 of the 2009 Edition);
c) Change the expressions and the corresponding English equivalents of the terms "non- deinked recycled fiber pulp" and "deinked recycled fiber pulp" (see 3.2 and 3.3 of this Edition; 3.2 and 3.3 of the 2009 Edition);
d) Change the expressions, English equivalents and definitions of the terms "deinked and unbleached recycled fiber pulp" and "deinked and bleached recycled fiber pulp" (see 3.4 and 3.5 of this Edition; 3.4 and 3.5 of the 2009 Edition);
e) Change the product classification (see Clause 4 of this Edition; Clause 4 of the 2009 Edition);
f) Change "brightness" to "D65 brightness" and change the specified value (see Table 1 of this Edition; Table 1 of the 2009 Edition);
g) Delete the "delivery moisture" indicator (see Table 1 of the 2009 Edition); h) Add the heavy metal content requirements for recycled fiber pulp used in the production of household paper such as toilet paper, tissue, toilet seat cover and cultural paper for babies and children (see 5.2 of this Edition);
i) Change the test method of the "dustiness" index (see 6.3 of this Edition; 6.6 of the 2009 Edition).

For the purposes of this Document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 Recycled fiber pulp
After the waste paper is processed in the process of crushing, purification, screening, washing, heat dispersion and other processes in the pulping process, the pulp with degree of purification can meet the requirements for machine paper making.
3.2 Non-deinked recycled fiber pulp
The recycled fiber pulp without de-inking and bleaching treatment.
3.3 Deinked recycled fiber pulp
The recycled fiber pulp obtained by removing the ink on the waste paper by using a combination of mechanical and chemical treatment methods.
3.4 Deinked and unbleached recycled fiber pulp
The deinked recycled fiber pulp without bleaching treatment.
3.5 Deinked and bleached recycled fiber pulp
The deinked recycled fiber pulp with bleaching treatment.
4 Product Classification
4.1 Recycled fiber pulp is divided into non-deinked recycled fiber pulp and deinked recycled fiber pulp.
4.2 Non-deinked recycled fiber pulp is divided into Type-I non-deinked recycled fiber pulp and Type-II non-deinked recycled fiber pulp. Among them, Type-I non-deinked recycled fiber pulp
