Foreword
GB/T 2423 Environmental testing for electric and electronic products - Part 2.
Test methods is divided into several parts according to test methods.
This Part is the 43rd Part of GB/T 2423.
This Part identically adopts IEC 60068-2-47.2005 (Ed 3.0) Environmental
testing - Part 2-47. Tests - Mounting of specimens for vibration, impact and
similar dynamic tests.
For easy use, this Part makes the following editorial modifications.
a) “This Part of IEC 60068-2” was modified to “This Part of GB/T 2423” or
“This Part”;
b) used decimal point “.” to replace “,” which was used as decimal point;
c) deleted the foreword of IEC 60068-2;
d) modified this Part as the present name so as to be consistent with names
of other parts of GB/T 2423.
This Part replaces GB/T 2423.43-1995 Environmental testing for electric and
electronic products Part 2. test methods Mounting of components, equipment
and other articles for dynamic tests including shock(Ea), bump(Eb), vibration(Fc
and Fd) and steady-state acceleration(Ga) and guidance.
This differences between this Part and versions of standard substituted by this
Part are as follows.
a) this Part added the installation of packaging products and the technical
content that single-degree-of-freedom system is responded by the half-
sine pulse; added and supplemented the content of the previous editions;
b) added Clause 7 Mounting, where the specimen is a packaged product;
c) added Annex B Guidance on packaged products;
d) added Annex C Response of a single degree of freedom (SDOF) system
to a half-sine shock pulse;
e) made great modification to Annex A.
Annex A, Annex B, Annex C of this Part are informative.
This Part was proposed by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on
Environmental Conditions and Environmental Testing of Electric and Electronic
Products of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 8).

- Part 2. Test methods - Mounting of specimens for
vibration, impact and similar dynamic tests
1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 2423 provides methods for mounting products, whether
packaged or unpackaged, as well as mounting requirements for equipment and
other articles, for the series of dynamic tests in GB/T 2423, that is impact (Test
E), vibration (Test F) and acceleration, steady-state (Test G). When they are
fastened to the test apparatus and subjected to these tests, whether packaged
or unpackaged, they are referred to as specimens.
2 Normative references
The following standards contain the provisions which, through reference in this
Part of GB/T 2423, constitute the provisions of this Part. For dated references,
subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to
this Part. However, the parties who enter into agreement based on this Part are
encouraged to investigate whether the latest versions of these documents are
applicable. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this
Part.
