Testing method for the non-marking outsole of rubber
shoes and sports shoes

1 Scope
This Standard specifies testing method for the non-marking outsole of rubber shoes and sports shoes.
This Standard is applicable to the tests of non-marking outsole of all kinds of rubber shoes and sports shoes.

In the process of being worn of rubber shoes and sports shoes, under pressure and friction, the outsoles of rubber shoes and sports shoes and the ground shall slip. It causes the substance of colored outsoles of rubber shoes and sports 4.1.4 Counting device capable of preset counting
4.2 Standard board material
The standard board is white or black PU board. Its size is
(175??5)mm??(70??5)mm. The coefficient of static friction is 0.6??0.02. The hardness is (Shore A) (80??2) degrees.
4.3 Cut-off knife
Rotary cut-off knife. The inner diameter of the cut-off knife is ( ) mm. The rotation speed is greater than 1000 r/min.
4.4 Vernier caliper
The resolution is 0.02 mm.
4.5 Gray scale for staining evaluation
In accordance with GB 251-1995.
5 Sample
5.1 Take 2 samples from the forefoot of the outsole (see Figure 1). From the metatarsophalangeal part of the outsole, at (12??1)mm away from the edge, respectively take one sample from inside and outside. Then, from the center of the outsole heel to the rear end of (12??1) mm, cut a sample (Figure 1). If the thickness is not enough, the test piece can be glued to the substrate of the same material.
5.2 Each group of samples shall not be less than 6. The sample is cylindrical. Its size is: diameter is ( ) mm; height is (6.0??0.2) mm.
