GB/T 22450 "Limits and Measurement Methods of Electromagnetic Compatibility for
900/1800 MHz TDMA Digital Cellular Telecommunication System" comprises the
following two parts.
Part 1. Mobile Station and Ancillary Equipment;
Part 2. Base Station and Ancillary Equipment.
This Part is Part 1.
This Part mainly refers to "Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Spectrum
Matters (ERM); ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Standard for Radio Equipment
and Services - Part 1. Common Technical Requirements" (EN 301 489-1),
"Specification for Radio Disturbance and Immunity Measurement Apparatus and
Methods" (CISPR 16), "Information Technology Equipment - Radio Disturbance
Characteristics - Limits and Methods of Measurement" (CISPR 22), "Mobile Station
(MS) Conformance Specification" (3GPP 51.010) and "Digital Cellular
Telecommunications System (Phase 2+) - Individual Equipment Type Requirements
and Interworking - Special Conformance Testing Functions" (ETSI TS 101 293).
During the process of formulating this Part, attention is also paid to the coordination
and conformance with the following standards. "Information Technology Equipment -
Radio Disturbance Characteristics-Limits and Methods of Measurement" (GB 9254),
series standards of GB/T 17626 "Electromagnetic Compatibility - Testing and
Measurement Techniques" and "Technical Requirement and Measurement Method
of Spurious Emission of Radio Equipment" (YD/T 1483), etc.
This Part is changed to a national standard by modifying and supplementing "Limits
and Measurement Methods of Electromagnetic Compatibility for 900/1800MHz
Digital Cellular Telecommunications System - Part 1. Mobile Station and Ancillary
Equipment" (YD 1032 2000); the differences between this Part and YD 1032-2000
are.
1) The harmonics and flicker test requirements for AC power supply port were
added;
2) The relevant test requirements for GPRS/EGPRS were added;
3) The test requirements for total radiant power were added;
4) The highest test frequency of radiated emission is 6 GHz;
5) The highest test frequency of radiated immunity is 2.7 GHz;

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 22450 specifies the requirements for the electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC) of mobile station and ancillary equipment of Phase 1 and Phase
2 GSM 900 MHz and DCS 1800 MHz digital cellular telecommunication systems that
transmit and receive voice and/or data, including the measurement methods,
frequency range, limits and performance criteria.
This Part is applicable to portable and vehicular mobile stations, also applicable to
those mobile stations that are powered by AC power supply and used at fixed
position as well as the data terminals of various GSM 900 MHz and DCS 1800 MHz
digital cellular telecommunication systems.

The following documents contain the provisions which, through reference in this Part
of GB/T 22450, constitute the provisions of this Part. For the dated reference, the
subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions of these publications
do not apply. However, parties who reach an agreement based on this Part are
