This Standard specifies the format and item content of qualified certificate of vehicle. This Standard is applicable to qualified certificate of vehicles and incomplete vehicles, motorcycles (including mopeds), trailers, trolleybuses, tractors that constitute a tractor towing trailer for transportation, wheeled special-purpose machinery vehicles and special-type motor vehicles that is issued with the vehicles after they are manufactured, qualified in the inspection and allowed to exit the factory.
