1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for 6 amusement devices of bungee jumping, tightrope, children?€?s entertainment park, inflatable bounce, tethered sightseeing balloon, and flying trapeze.
This Standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection etc. of the above 6 amusement devices.

3.3.4 The welding seam shall be exempted from solder skip, burn-through, undercut, gas cavity, slag, lack of penetration, and serious undercut and the like defects; while the overlap and molten slag etc. shall be removed.
3.4 Parts
3.4.1 The structure of parts shall have sufficient strength and stiffness. 3.4.2 The parts shall be connected firmly and reliably.
3.4.3 In various tests, the parts shall be exempted from permanent deformation, and damage, etc. If necessary, perform the stress test.
3.4.4 The service life of various quick-wear part shall, under the normal running condition, be no less than 6 months.
3.5 Metal materials
3.5.1 The metal materials shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards, there must have the qualification document that can prove the quality.
3.5.2 The important shafts and pin rolls shall be manufactured by materials with mechanical properties no less than No.45 steel; and perform the quenching and tempering treatment; the surface toughness Ra of the mating surface shall be no greater than 1.6??m.
3.6 Fiberglass and other non-metallic materials
3.6.1 The selection of non-metallic materials shall ensure its property can meet the requirements of actual working conditions.
3.6.2 The fiberglass shall be exempted from poor immersion, poor curing, bubbles, layering of the cutting surface, uneven thickness and the like defects. 3.6.3 The fiberglass resin content shall be controlled in the range of 50% ~ 60%; the thickness of gel coat resin shall be in the range of 0.25 ~ 0.5mm.
3.6.4 The mechanical properties of fiberglass shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

3.11 Painting
3.11.1 Rust and other dirt must be removed before painting; the manual de-rusting quality shall reach the Class-St2 in JB/T 5000.12-1998.
3.11.2 The inner surface of the open metal parts shall be coated with the anti-rust paint with thickness of 60 ~ 80??m; the exposed surface of the metal parts must be coated paint or sprayed plastic; the coating thickness shall be 100 ~ 150??m; the thickness of plastic layer shall be 200 ~ 500??m.
3.11.3 The outer surface of the fiberglass shall be sprayed after the treatment. 3.11.4 The coating shall be exempted from sagging, wrinkling, shedding, cracks, leakage, and the like defects.
3.11.5 The hazardous substance content in the painting materials of the children?€?s amusement park or inflatable bounce shall meet the requirements of GB 6675. 3.12 Safety fence
3.12.1 The horizontal thrust (acting on 1m height of the railing) suffered by the safety fence shall be no less than 1kN/m.
3.12.2 The setting and size of the safety fence shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB 8408.
3.13 Electrical
3.13.1 The grounding type of low voltage distribution system shall adopt TN-S system. 3.13.2 The electrical equipment metal shell and the non-charged metal structure must be reliably grounding; the design and construction of the grounding device shall conform to the provisions of GBJ 65, GB 50169. The protection earthing resistance shall be no greater than 10???.
3.13.3 For tower with height greater than 15m, tower and steel wire-rope in the positions where it is easy to be struck by lightning, the lightning arrester must be installed; the grounding resistance of the lightning arrester shall be no greater than 10???.
3.13.4 The insulation resistance between the live circuit and the ground shall be no less than 1M???.
3.13.5 The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary winding of the power transformer with working voltage no greater than 50V shall be no less than 7M???; than 40m, the safe distance shall be no less than 10m; when the jumping height is greater than 40m, safety distance shall be no less than 12m.
4.2.1.5 Jumping area lateral safe distance. when the jumping height is no greater than 40m, the safe distance shall be no less than 10m; when the jumping height is greater than 40m, the safe distance shall be no less than 12m.
4.2.2 The bouncing pace of ejection bungee shall meet the following requirements. 4.2.2.1 There shall be no obstacles in the safe space above the ejection bungee. 4.2.2.2 The safety distance of cabin ejection point shall be no less than 2 times of the tower height.
4.2.2.3 The cabin forward and backward safe distance shall be no less than 10m; the safe distance of small bungee jumping (indicates the ejection bungee with tower height less than 10m, the same below) swinging hall be no less than 1.5m.
4.2.3 Requirements for landing area. if the receiving point is on the land or solid surface, the landing pad with area of no less than 3m2 shall be set; if the receiving point is on the water, safe waters shall be set; the receiving ship shall be equipped with necessary receiving device.
4.3 Requirements for lifting, falling and transmission system
4.3.1 The manned steel wire-rope shall use the flexible self-lubricating steel wire- rope; its safety coefficient shall be greater than 10; other material bearing rope?€?s safety coefficient shall also be no greater than 10.
4.3.2 The two hoists on the left and right sides of the ejection bungee shall have synchronous control system during the running period; the two hoists shall be installed lifting and falling limit devices with the same height; the limit device shall be safe and reliable.
4.3.3 The diameter ratio between small bungee pulley/drum and the steel wire-rope shall be no less than 10 times.
4.3.4 The tourists must be ensured to stop jumping, then start the hoist to lift or fall the tourists.
4.3.5 Each hoist shall have reliable brake.
4.3.6 There must be an emergency rescue device.
4.4 Requirements of elastic rope
