Add three terms: "packaging material", "packaging component" and "consolidated packaging" (see Chapter 3 of this Edition, Chapter 3 of Edition 2010);
c) Add the description of recycling marking for plastic products other than commonly used plastics and definition of single-material plastic packaging products (see 4.3.2, 4.3.3 of this Edition);
d) Delete "recycling marking for biodegradable plastic packaging" (see 4.2.2 of Edition 2010);
e) Change the recycling marking for "iron packaging". Add the recycling marking for "steel packaging" (see 4.4 of this Edition, 4.1 of Edition 2010);
f) Add the recycling marking for "glass packaging" (see 4.5 of this Edition); g) Change the method for determining primary materials in consolidated packaging. Add the recycling marking for "consolidated packaging" (see 4.6 of this Edition, 4.3 of Edition 2010);
h) Add "specifications and dimensions" of recycling marking (see 5.2 of this Edition); i) Add "color" of recycling marking (see 5.3 of this Edition);
j) Change "quantity" of recycling marking (see 5.4 of this Edition, 5.2, 5.3 of Edition 2010);

3.2 packaging material
A general term for materials (such as: wood, metal, plastic, glass and paper) used to 4.6 Consolidated packaging

The "C" in the graphic stands for "consolidated packaging", located in the center of the graphic. The name of the main material component shall be marked at the bottom of the figure. An example of its recycling marking is shown in Figure 3.
5 Labeling requirements

Suppliers shall pre-assess whether the packaging containers or packaging components put on the market can be recycled according to GB/T 16716.1 and GB/T 16716.2. When it is determined that recycling is feasible, the packaging recycling marking shall be marked.
5.2 Specifications and dimensions
The specifications of the packaging recycling marking shall be determined according to the product size. If it needs to be enlarged or reduced, it shall be enlarged or reduced equally according to the ratio given by the recycling marking. See Annex A for an example of the dimensions of the packaging recycling marking.
