5.2.2 The design of mechanical transmission structure shall be convenient for
disassembly, assembly and maintenance.
5.2.3 A large fillet transition shall be adopted at the axle step to reduce stress
concentration.
5.2.4 The design of the main components of the drive system shall meet the
requirements for use during the life cycle.
5.2.5 Welds with higher stress shall be ground to make the transition smooth.
5.2.6 Welding structure shall be treated to eliminate welding stress after assembly
welding.
5.2.7 Train oil pipes and hoses shall be neatly arranged, reasonably distributed, fixed
and reliable; and there shall be no oil or gas leakage.
5.2.8 Train hard pipes and hoses shall be neatly arranged; pipe clamps shall be
reasonably distributed; and there shall be no overpressure or over-curving at the bends.
5.2.9 For connecting hoses with relatively moving parts, the length of the hoses shall
be moderate; the bundles shall be strong; and they shall not rub against each other.
5.2.10 The arrangement of various pipe joints is reasonable and easy to repair.
5.2.11 The hydraulic and pneumatic systems shall be able to be used normally within
the allowable operating temperature range of the fairy train.
5.2.12 In the hydraulic or pneumatic systems, there shall be an overpressure protection
device that does not exceed 1.2 times the rated working pressure; and the instrument
that monitors the working conditions of the system shall be set on the driver's console
for easy observation by the driver.
5.2.13 Reasonably set the braking rate of each carriage to prevent insufficient braking
force or sliding. Under the rated load and rated speed, the emergency braking distance
shall be no greater than 8m at any position in the entire running line.
5.2.14 The emergency braking device shall adopt a fail-safe braking mode; and the
train shall adopt both electrical braking and mechanical braking at the same time. The
mechanical brake shall ensure that the brake is effective in the unexpected situation
of power supply interruption or electrical brake failure to make the train stop safely.
5.2.15 Each carriage shall be equipped with an independent braking device. When a
train carriage is accidentally separated, emergency braking shall be implemented
immediately to ensure that the separated train carriage is automatically braked.
shall meet the design requirements; the quantity shall be complete; and the adhesion
shall be close, and fastening be effective.
5.2.30 Rail seams shall be set reasonably according to the different meteorological
conditions in various places.
5.2.31 At the track joints, the mismatch of the high-low and left-right of the inner side
of the two track surfaces shall be no more than 2mm.
5.2.32 The track surface shall be farsighted and smooth; and the track direction shall
be straight and smooth; and the curve shall be round and smooth.
5.2.33 Standard products should be selected for rail turnouts. According to the
reasonable configuration of wheel-set tread and track type; the reversing action of the
turnout shall be safe and reliable. The train can pass after the reversal is in place to
ensure the safe and stable operation of the train.
5.2.34 600mm, 762mm, 1000mm are preferred for the gauge.
5.2.35 The gauge shall conform to the design; the allowable tolerance of the straight
section (after the curve section is widened) is -3mm~5mm; and the change rate of the
gauge tolerance of the transition section shall not exceed 5/1000.
5.2.36 The radius of curvature of the track shall be adapted to local conditions and
selected reasonably; the connection of each curved track shall be smoothly
transitioned to make the train run smoothly.
5.2.37 The important shafts (pin shafts) and important weld seams of the amusement
rides fairy train category shall be subjected to non-destructive testing. Non-destructive
testing methods and requirements shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T
34370. See Appendix A for examples of common important shafts (pin shafts) and
important weld seams.
5.3 Riding system
5.3.1 Each carriage should be marked with the fixed number of personnel, and
overload operation is strictly prohibited.
5.3.2 The train body shall be equipped with a frame-fulcrum and a crane-fulcrum. The
train body shall have sufficient rigidity and strength during maintenance or accident
lifting.
5.3.3 The height of the carriage seat from the pedal shall be no greater than 450mm;
the seat shall be made of soft, wood or fiberglass and other materials.
5.3.4 Where passengers can reach, no exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs
and dangerous protrusions are all...
