Rides Fairy Train Category
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the general specifications and technical requirements for amusement rides fairy train category.
This Standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, installation, modification, maintenance, test, inspection, usage and management of the amusement rides fairy train category (hereinafter referred to as fairy train).
2 Normative References
The provisions in following documents become the provisions of this Standard through reference in this Standard. For dated references, the subsequent amendments (excluding corrigendum) or revisions do not apply to this Standard, however, parties who reach an agreement based on this Standard are encouraged to study if the latest versions of these documents are applicable. GB 8408-2008 Amusement Device Safety Code
4.5 The design calculation shall conform to the provisions of 4.5 in GB 8408-2008. 4.5.1 The design of fairy train shall be calculated as per the specific structure. stress calculation, stiffness calculation, fatigue strength calculation, etc.
4.5.2 In addition to the stress calculation, the important shafts, pins and weld seams shall also be checked the fatigue strength, both of which shall meet the given safety factor. The service life of the important shafts and pins that are difficult to disassemble shall be designed for infinite life.
4.6 The speed of the fairy train shall be no more than 10km/h.
5 Transmission System
5.1 The design of transmission system shall ensure the safe operation. In the event of system failure, the fairy train shall be in a safe state.
5.2 The fairy train shall not have obvious slippage during the start and operation processes, the transmission mechanism shall be in normal operation. When operating, the whole machine is not allowed to occur vibration, shock, heat, sound and stuck phenomena.
5.3 The mechanical transmission part shall conform to the provisions of 5.3.1, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.4, 5.3.5, 5.3.6, 5.3.7 in GB 8408-2008.
5.4 During various operational tests, the components shall not be permanently deformed or damaged.
6 Electrical
6.1 The electrical system shall conform to the provisions of 6.1 in GB 8408-2008. 6.2 The control system shall conform to the provisions of 6.2 in GB 8408-2008. 6.3 The safety protection shall conform to the provisions of 6.4.1, 6.4.2, 6.4.3, 6.4.4, 6.4.5, 6.4.6 in GB 8408-2008.
6.4 Adopt the double insulation or reinforced insulation between the primary and secondary windings of the track-used electric rectifier transformer; the insulation resistance between the primary and secondary windings of transformer shall be no less than 7M???. The insulation resistance between transformer winding and the metal casing shall be no less than 2M???.
6.5 The electrical installation shall conform to the provisions of 6.5.1, 6.5.2, 6.5.3 of 8.11 The clearance between the side wheel (or rim) and track shall be no greater than 5mm on each side.
8.12 The vehicle connectors shall be safe and reliable with flexible rotation. 8.13 The fairy train with internal combustion engine as the driving force. 8.13.1 The fuel tank shall be sealed and reliable; there shall be no leakage. 8.13.2 The working state of the muffler shall be good.
8.13.3 The reducer and friction clutch shall be stable and reliable.
9 Safety Facilities
9.1 The setting of the safety signs shall conform to the provisions of 7.1.6 in GB 8408- 2008.
9.2 The setting of the safety fence, platform and operation room shall conform to the provisions of 7.8.1, 7.8.2, 7.8.3, 7.8.4, 7.8.5 in GB 8408-2008.
9.3 The safety distance shall conform to the provisions of 7.9.3 in GB 8408-2008. 10 Manufacture and Installation
10.1 The general rules shall conform to the provisions of 8.1.1, 8.1.2, 8.1.3, 8.1.5, 8.1.6, 8.1.7 in GB 8408-2008.
10.2 The metallic materials shall conform to the provisions of 8.2.1, 8.2.2, 8.2.3, 8.2.4, 8.2.5, 8.2.6 in GB 8408-2008.
10.3 The non-metallic materials shall conform to the provisions of 8.3.1, 8.3.2, 8.3.4, 8.3.5, 8.3.6 of GB 8408-2008.
10.4 The processing of important parts (see Appendix A) shall conform to the provisions of 8.4.1, 8.4.2 in GB 8408-2008.
10.5 The important shaft and pin shall be quenched and tempered; the hardness shall meet the requirements of GB/T 699 and GB/T 3077.
10.6 The structural members shall conform to the provisions of 8.5.1, 8.5.3 of GB 8408-2008.
10.7 The welding shall conform to the provisions of 8.6.1, 8.6.2, 8.6.3, 8.6.4, 8.6.6, 8.6.8 in GB 8408-2008.
