1 Scope
This Standard specifies general rules, technical requirements, inspection, testing and test requirements, accompanying documents, marks, packaging, transport and storage of amusement rides astro fighter category.

and a full set of design drawings that comply with relevant national standards. 5.1.2 When designing the structure of amusement rides astro fighter category, strength calculation and fatigue strength calculation shall be carried out. If the structure has a tendency to lose stability, the stability calculation needs to be added accordingly. If the equipment as a whole has a tendency to overturn or sideslip, calculations for preventing overturning and sideslip shall be added accordingly. 5.1.7 The manufacturer shall, according to the requirements of design
documents and process documents, produce conforming parts and keep
original records of manufacturing and inspection process. The original record retention period shall not be less than the equipment service life.
5.1.8 The installer shall, according to the requirements of design documents, installation process and installation specifications, guarantee installation quality. Provide the whole machine with conforming installation. Issue an installation certificate. Keep original records of installation and inspection process. 5.2 Machinery and structure
non-destructive testing. Non-destructive testing methods and requirements are implemented in accordance with GB/T 34370. For examples of common
important shafts (pin shafts) and important welds, see Annex A.
5.2.13 Dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of components shall meet the requirements of design documents. Unmarked dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of machined parts shall meet the relevant
requirements of GB/T 1804 and GB/T 1184. Unmarked dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of the welded structure shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 19804.
5.2.14 The inclination tolerance between the slewing bearing surface or bearing end surface and the horizontal plane is not more than 1/1000.
5.2.15 The perpendicularity tolerance between the middle column and the horizontal plane is not more than 1/1000.
5.2.16 The perpendicularity tolerance of the center line of the lifting support arm of the passenger device to the center line of the pin at the root of the support arm is not more than 1/1000.
5.2.17 When using rack and pinion transmission, its assembly requirements shall meet the requirements of GB 50231. The contact spot requirements and measurement methods of gear meshing shall be implemented in accordance
with GB 50231.
5.2.18 When using belt drive, its assembly requirements shall meet the
requirements of GB 50231. The belt shall be properly tensioned without obvious deviation. The guiding device shall be flexible and reliable.
5.2.19 When using pneumatic tires for transmission or as a support, it shall ensure that the tire pressure meets the design requirements. Ensure the safety of passengers when tire pressure drops or punctures.
5.2.20 The motor, reducer and coupling shall be installed well. The co-axiality and end gap of the two shafts of the coupling shall meet the requirements of GB 50231.
5.2.21 Important structural parts shall be provided with effective drainage measures. There shall be no residual water on the outer surface and inside of the structure.
5.2.22 The amusement rides astro fighter category with vibration and jumping motion when the passenger device is running, shall be set with corresponding buffer device.
5.3 Ride system
uniform, detailed, bright, complete and consistent in color. There shall be no defects such as roughness, leaking paint, wrong paint, wrinkles, pinholes and severe sagging. 5.7 Whole machine
5.7.1 The whole machine of amusement rides astro fighter category shall be in good appearance, without damage.
5.7.2 Among the main technical parameters, static parameters such as
equipment height, turning diameter, number of cabins, and number of
passengers per cabin shall meet the design requirements. The allowable
deviation of dynamic parameters such as speed, one-sided swing angle, motion amplitude, speed and design values, is -10%~5%.
5.7.3 The whole machine operation test shall include no load, partial load and full load tests. During the operation test, there shall be no abnormal vibration, shock, heat, sound and jamming. After the operation test, there shall be no abnormal wear, deformation, shedding, permanent deformation and damage to the machinery and structural parts. Electrical components shall not fall off, be damaged, or abnormally heated up. The foundation shall not have uneven
settlement and cracks.
5.7.4 The stress of important structure shall meet the design requirements. When necessary, the stress test shall be carried out. The important force structure of the first amusement rides astro fighter category product after the new design and modification design shall be subjected to the stress test. The stress test results shall meet the design requirements.
5.7.5 The amusement rides astro fighter category of which the design

6 Inspection, testing and test requirements
6.1 Basic requirements

6.1.13 The manufacturer shall keep product inspection reports and related records, drawings, quality certification documents and technical documents. 6.2 Machinery and structure
6.2.1 Mechanical and structural inspections shall be carried out before and after the test. The content includes at least the inspections of the foundation, steel structure, transmission device, mechanical speed limit buffer device,
mechanical transmission parts, important welds, important (shaft) pins, important bolt connections.
6.2.2 The equipment startup and operation shall be stable without abnormal sound. Test under no-load, partial load and full load conditions allowed by the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition.
6.2.3 When operating and stopping, the hydraulic and pneumatically driven rotary joints shall be flexible in rotation, reliable in sealing and convenient in maintenance. Test under no-load, partial load and full load conditions allowed by the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition.
6.2.4 When the device starts and stops, check hydraulic and pneumatic devices which shall not have obvious shock and vibration. Test under no-load, partial mechanical and structural system shall have no visible deformation, no cracks in the connection welds, no loosening and fracture of the connection bolts. The equipment foundation shall be solid and reliable. The foundation of mobile equipment shall be level. The foundation frame shall meet the equipment?€?s anti- skid requirements.
6.2.13 Respectively measure the inclination tolerance of the slewing bearing surface or bearing end surface and the horizontal plane, the perpendicularity tolerance of the intermediate column and the horizontal plane, the
perpendicularity tolerance of the center line of the lift support arm of the passenger device to the center line of the pin shaft of the support arm root. Conduct not less than 3 measurements in different directions, which shall not be greater than 1/1000.
6.2.14 When using gear and rack drive, check the assembly. Measure the
contact spots of gear meshing, which shall be in accordance with GB 50231. 6.2.15 When using belt drive, check the assembly, which shall be in accordance with GB 50231. The belt shall be properly tensioned. There shall be no obvious deviation. The guiding device shall be flexible and reliable.
6.2.16 When using pneumatic tires for transmission or as a support, check tire pressure, which shall meet the design requirements.
6.2.17 Check the installation of the motor, reducer and coupling, which shall meet the design requirements. The installation is good. The co-axiality and end gap of the two shafts of the coupling shall meet the requirements of GB 50231. 6.2.18 Check the anti-loose measures and anti-loose marks, which shall meet the design requirements. The position of the anti-loose mark shall be easy to observe.
6.2.19 Check the drainage measures of important structural parts, which shall meet the design requirements. There shall be no residual water on the outer surface and inside of the structure.
6.2.20 The functional test of hydraulic and pneumatic devices shall be under no-load, eccentric load, full-load conditions and foreseeable failure conditions allowed by the design, according to the test method specified in the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition. The hydraulic and pneumatic system functions shall effectively meet the design requirements.
6.2.21 Check the buffer device, which shall meet the design requirements. The functions shall be effective. Under no-load, partial load, full-load conditions and foreseeable failure conditions allowed by the design, test according to the test method specified in the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition. the amount of travel at the end. Measure at not less than 3 positions. Take the maximum value. Its end swimming amount shall be less than 35mm.
6.3.10 Simulate the sudden power failure or equipment control system failure. According to the test method specified in the design, the measures to safely lower the passenger device to the ground shall be safe and effective.
6.4 Electrical control system
6.4.1 Before and after the test, the electrical control system shall be inspected. The inspection includes at least various electrical control components, circuits and their connections, control system safety function test, safety interlock function test.
6.4.2 Under the operating conditions allowed by the design, switch to backup power supply. The capacity of the backup power supply shall meet the
requirements for the smooth evacuation of all passengers at any time.
6.4.3 The exposed current collector shall be waterproof or have waterproof function to meet the requirements for use in exposed situations. The collector brush and slip ring shall be in good contact. According to the test method specified in the design, test under no-load, partial load and full load conditions allowed by the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition. The current collector shall meet the functional requirements of the equipment. 6.4.4 The functional tests of electronic position limiting and limit device control shall, in accordance with the test method specified in the design, simulate to reach the position limit or the limit. Control function shall meet the design requirements. Test under no-load, partial load and full load conditions allowed by the design. Test not less than 3 times under each condition.
6.4.5 According to the test method specified in the design, carry out the interlock function test of start safety confirmation button and the equipment start. Test not less than 3 times. Check the video surveillance system, which shall be able to observe all the conditions of passengers getting on-off and equipment operation.
6.4.6 Check the proof documents of the sensor protection situation selected by the safety protection device.
6.4.7 When the altitude where the equipment is used exceeds 1000 m, check the motor capacity verification document. When the altitude exceeds 2000 m, check the electrical component verification document.
6.4.8 Check the electrical control system of auxiliary facilities such as decorative lighting, the electrical control system that shall be independent of the equipment itself. An independent electrical protection device shall be installed. 6.4.16 The ground resistance test shall measure the resistance between the non-charged metal shell and the ground under normal conditions. The
resistance of each test point shall meet the requirements. Conduct 3
consecutive measurements for each test point. Take the maximum value as the measurement value.
6.4.17 The safety interlock control function test for closing, locking and starting of the safety lever shall, according to the test method specified in the design, simulate the closing and locking of the safety lever. The safety interlock control function shall be consistent with the design. Test not less than 3 times for each set of safety levers.
6.5 Emergency rescue
6.5.1 The inspection of emergency rescue equipment shall at least include the inspection of the effectiveness and timeliness of emergency rescue equipment and emergency rescue measures under various foreseeable working conditions. 6.5.2 Under the partial load and full load conditions allowed by the design, simulate equipment power failure or other foreseeable unexpected situations. Adopt the emergency rescue system and emergency rescue measures
specified in the design. Carry out the emergency rescue test that simulates passenger riding. It shall be able to effectively guide passengers to a safe area. Test not less than 3 times in each case. Emergency rescue time shall not exceed 1 h. When necessary, after confirming that the emergency rescue
method will not cause secondary injury, it may carry out the emergency rescue test under passenger riding.
6.5.3 According to the test method specified in the design, simulate the power failure of power supply system. Use emergency rescue backup power. The
device can implement rescue according to the set function.
6.6 Surface protection testing
6.6.1 Testing of the total thickness of the paint film. Use a paint film thickness meter as a location for every 10 m2 of the main stressed member (when it is less than 10 m2, it is calculated as 10 m2). Measure 3~5 points at each location. The average thickness of each point measured at each location is not less than 90% of the total thickness, nor higher than 120% of the total thickness. The minimum measured value is not less than 70% of the total thickness.
6.6.2 Testing of paint film adhesion. According to the method specified in GB/T 9286-1998, respectively take 6 locations on the main stress members. The rating level is not lower than level 1.
