The test value is not more than 5% of the design value (including impact coefficient).
5.7.4 The main stress structure of the newly designed first merry-go-round amusement ride shall undergo stress test. The test results shall meet the design requirements.
5.7.5 The whole machine operation test shall include no load, partial load and full load tests. There shall be no abnormal vibration, shock, heat, sound and jamming during the running test. After the operation test, the machinery and structure shall not have abnormal wear, deformation, falling off and so on. The electrical parts shall not have falling off, damaged, abnormal heating and so on. The foundation shall not have uneven settlement and cracking.
6 Inspection, testing and test requirements
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 The manufacturer shall formulate specific inspection, testing and test plans based on relevant standards, design documents, manufacturing
processes and equipment characteristics. The plan shall include inspection, testing and test of machinery and structure, loading system, electrical control system, emergency rescue system, complete machine and so on.
6.1.2 After each product is installed and debugged, it shall be inspected, tested according to the formulated plan. All items are qualified before delivery for use. 6.1.3 The wind speed during the test shall not be greater than 8m/s.

6.1.7 After the test, the parts with problems or doubts shall be inspected, and the causes of the problems found shall be identified in time, and measures shall be taken, and detailed records shall be made.
6.1.8 After each inspection, an inspection report shall be prepared. The sets of restraint devices, each set of restraint devices shall function independently. Each set of restraint device shall be tested not less than 3 times. 6.3.2 The device is at rest. After the safety lever is closed and locked, apply a force of 500N to the end of the lever. The direction of the force shall be perpendicular to the connection of the pressure bar rotation arm. The duration is 60s. The pressure bar and its locking device shall be effective, and there shall be no obvious deformation or damage.
