Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 17618-1998 "Information Technology Equipment Immunity Limits and Measurement Methods", and GB/T 17618-1998
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Chapter 2 updates the version of the reference standard and removes references to the ITU standard;
--- Chapter 3 adds definitions of multifunction devices, telecommunication network ports, analog interfaces, sound interfaces, and auxiliary devices, and deletes them at the same time.
The definition of transient instability (flicker);
--- Added a lower level for contact discharge, Chapter 5 of IEC 61000-4-2.2008, in the Electrostatic Discharge section of Chapter 4.
The test requirements are not applicable;
--- Increase the cable length between the EUT and the coupling device in the electric fast transient burst group in Chapter 4 should be 0.5m to 3m
Between and as short as possible;
---In the fourth chapter of the continuous wave radio frequency disturbance section, the continuous wave radiation disturbance is removed. Regarding the local irradiation mode and the scanning step size
Description
--- Chapter 5 adds the applicability requirements for multi-function devices;
--- Chapter 6 added a description of the helical cable "the length specified in Table 2 is the length of the extended state";
--- Added the requirements of Chapter 9 for measurement uncertainty;
--- Table 2 of Chapter 10 modifies the basic criteria for the surge (shock) test and specifies specific performance criteria;
--- Revised Appendix A requirements for telephone terminal equipment;
--- Added Appendix H requirements for xDSL terminal equipment.
This standard uses the translation method equivalent to CISPR24.2010 (2nd edition) "Information technology equipment immunity limit and measurement side
law".

introduction
This standard establishes uniform requirements for the electromagnetic immunity of information technology equipment. The measurement method is based on the EMC immunity standard
quasi. Applicable test items, test levels, product operating conditions, and evaluation criteria are given in the standard.
Information technology equipment immunity
Limits and measurement methods
1 Scope and purpose
This standard applies to information technology equipment (ITE) as defined in GB 9254-2008.
The purpose of this standard is to place appropriate requirements on the inherent immunity of the ITE to allow the equipment to function properly in its intended environment. This standard
The equipment specifies continuous and transient conducted and radiated disturbances, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity test requirements.
This standard specifies the measurement methods and limits for ITE in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
For special environmental conditions, mitigation measures may be required.
For testing and performance evaluation purposes, some tests are performed in the specified frequency band or frequency selection. Meet the resistance at these frequency points
The equipment required for the disturbance is considered to meet the requirements in the whole frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
Test requirements are specified on each port considered.
Note 1. Safety requirements are not included in this standard.
Note 2. In some special cases, the level of disturbance may exceed the level specified in this standard, for example, when using a handheld transmitter near the device. In this case
Special mitigation measures may be used.
