Putty film flexibility assay
This Standard applies to the determination of putty film flexibility. BEND the model
plate; OBSERVE whether the putty coating film generates phenomena such as cracks
or peeling off; EXPRESS by the minimum diameter of curved arc, in millimeters.
1 General provisions
Materials and equipment
Tin plate. 155 × 85 × 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm;
Metal blade. blade width is about 70 mm;
Model plate. use 4 wing nuts that are fixed on smooth steel seat to tightly clip the tin
plate and different-thickness metal model plates (See Figure 1);
