Scope

This Standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods,
inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of precious metal
pastes for microelectronics technology.
This Standard is applicable to sintered and curable pastes of precious metal for
microelectronics technology. Pastes for non-precious metal can also be implemented
by reference.
