Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules,
packaging, marking, transportation and storage of light rare earth carbonate.
This standard is applicable to light rare earth carbonates prepared by chemical
methods using the light-rare-earth-based rare earth minerals as raw materials.
It is mainly used as a raw material for separating a single rare earth product,
preparing a rare earth polishing powder, or as a raw material for producing
