Preface
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 13932-1992 "Universal valve iron swing check valve". This standard and GB/T 13932-1992
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical differences are as follows.
--- canceled the standard name "common valve" words (see cover, home page);
--- modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1,.1992 edition of Chapter 1);
--- deleted Figure 4 (1992 version 3.1);

3 structural type and basic parameters
3.1 check valve structure is divided into single horizontal, multi-valve horizontal, multi-valve vertical, etc., the typical structure shown in Figure 1 to Figure 3.

4 technical requirements
4.1 Pressure - temperature rating

4.3 Body

4.5 seat and disc

5 test method
5.1 Mechanical performance test
5.1.1 Preparation of gray cast iron Specimens According to GB/T 9439, the preparation of ductile iron samples shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1348.
5.1.2 Mechanical properties of gray cast iron test according to the method specified by JB/T 7945, ductile iron pieces of tensile strength test and impact test
Respectively, according to GB/T 228.1 and GB/T 229 provisions of the method.
5.2 Pressure test
Check the shell strength test and sealing performance test according to the provisions of GB/T 13927 method.
5.3 Shell wall thickness
Measure the wall thickness of the valve body runner, middle chamber and bonnet with a gage or a special caliper gauge.
6 inspection rules
6.1 Test items
Check valve is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, inspection items, technical requirements, inspection and test methods in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.

6.2 factory inspection

6.3 Type inspection
