Scope

This Standard specifies the average calculating mass of every member of the
bus as well as his/her hand baggage and carry-on baggage, the calculating
methods for the effective area occupied by each standing passenger, allowable
baggage mass per unit of baggage compartment volume and per unit of roof
rack area, as well as the number of occupants and passenger baggage laden
mass and the maximum design laden mass of bus.
This Standard is applicable to M2, M3 buses. Other vehicles shall refer to this
Standard for the implementation.
