1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code was formulated in order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety", to persist the guideline of "safety first and prevention first", adopting technical means, prevent and reduce the safety accidents in production, guarantee the life and property safety of the public people and promote the development of economic construction. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction, renovation, extension and improvement engineering projects of the enterprises that are engaged in the production and circulation in civil explosive materials industry.
