This Standard specifies the sampling and sample treatment methods for meat and meat products. This Standard is applicable to the sampling and sample treatment of meat and meat products. 2 Equipment and Materials 2.1 Sampling Tools The sampling tools shall be made of stainless steel or other materials of appropriate strength, with smooth surfaces, no gaps, and rounded corners.
