Scope

The chapter GB 4706.1-2005 is replaced by the following.
This section GB 4706 specifies the use of heat pumps for household and similar, air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
This section applies to single-phase appliances rated voltage not exceeding 250V, the rated voltage of the other instrument does not exceed 600V, with the motor - Pressure
The compressor and the room fan coil heat pump (including domestic hot water heat pump), air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
Not for normal household use, but the public still dangerous equipment, such as used by non-professionals in shops, light industry and farms
Appliance also within the scope of this section.
This is also applicable to the use of flammable refrigerants in heat pumps, air conditioners and dehumidifiers. 3.121 The definition of flammable refrigerants.
