Scope

This Standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of
energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, test methods, inspection
rules, and labels of energy efficiency grades for the small-size submersible
motor-pumps.
This Standard is applicable to the single or three-phase, and single or multi-stage
small-size submersible motor-pumps (hereinafter referred to as “pump”) of which the
power is less than or equal to 22kW.
