Scope

This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical
requirements, test methods and judgment on safety technology of children’s footwear.
This Standard is applicable to the children’s footwear (shoes number shall be no larger
than 250) for 14 years old and below, and made by various materials. This Standard
is not applicable to the children rubber shoes.
