This Standard is not applicable to special-purpose working vehicles, including van-type special-purpose working vehicles, tank-type special- purpose working vehicles, special dump working trucks, stake-type special-purpose working vehicles, special crane and lift working vehicles, and special-construction special-purpose working vehicles, etc.
