Scope

This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of
energy efficiency, test methods, and implementation of the standard for LED
downlights for general indoor lighting, directional integrated LED lamps, non-
directional integrated LED lamps, LED high-bay luminaires, and replacement double-
capped retrofit LED lamps (hereinafter referred to as double-capped LED lamps).
This document applies to the following products.
a) LED downlights using LEDs as the light source, with a power supply voltage
not exceeding AC 250 V, a beam angle ≥24°, and a shielding angle < 40°. This
excludes LED downlights using integrated LED lamps, LED downlights with
adjustable beam angles, or LED downlights with cutoff hoods.
b) Directional integrated LED lamps of the PAR16, PAR20, PAR30 and PAR38
series, with a power supply voltage of AC 220 V, and a cap meeting the
requirements of GU10, B22, E14 or E27.
c) Non-directional integrated LED lamps using a screw cap conforming to GB/T
1406.1 or a bayonet cap conforming to GB/T 1406.5, with a power supply
voltage of AC 220 V, excluding non-directional integrated LED lamps with an
external optical lens.
d) LED high-bay luminaires with a power supply voltage not exceeding 1000 V,
excluding LED high-bay luminaires using integrated LED lamps.
e) Double-capped retrofit LED lamps with a power supply voltage of AC 220 V,
a rated power of ≤125 W, a nominal length of ≤1500 mm, and a beam angle of
≥120°.
For LED products for indoor lighting with additional functions, only their lighting
function will be evaluated.
This document does not apply to LED lighting products with non-white light or LED
lighting products with a rated correlated color temperature of < 2700 K or >6500 K.
