Scope

This Standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for passenger handholds
(handhold straps, hand-grip bars) and footrests for motorcycles and mopeds (hereinafter
referred to as "motorcycles").
This Standard applies to two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles with sidecars,
