This document specifies the safety property requirements and test methods for fuel
tanks of motorcycles and mopeds, as well as the requirements for installing the fuel
tank on a motorcycle.
This document applies to metal fuel tanks and non-metallic fuel tanks for motorcycles
and mopeds (hereinafter referred to as "motorcycles").
